5 Before initial use
Before you use the vacuum cleaner for the first time, perform the following:
Charge the battery

NOTE
The vacuum cleaner is supplied with a rechargeable battery which
has only been slightly charged. Before you can use the vacuum
cleaner, you must charge the battery (see chapter "Charging the
battery" on page 21).
Fit the suction hose
See fig. 3, page 4 and fig. 4, page 4
Check the filter

NOTICE!
 Never use the vacuum cleaner without a filter (fig. 5 1,
page 4).
 Only use the filters supplied with the product by the manufac-
turer.

Fit the carrying strap
