Lense UPGRADE PACK
Constituent parts of Delivery:
Any damages caused by the user by faulty installation are excluded of the warranty.
Step 1: Please open the glass dome (right-hand
thread) and remove the 4 screws holding the spacers
of the CMOS board. (Fig.1) The screws are to be
used again in step 11.
Step 2: Unplug both connectors leading from the
main board to the CMOS board (7-pin) and lense
motor (4-pin) to remove the camera head from the
camera case. Furthermore remove the connector of
the photoresistor (3-pin). (Fig.2)
Step 3: Please resolve the yellow pin on the very

right of the photoresistor's connector with a tiny
screwdriver by losening the plastic hook (Fig.3).
Now please take the new photoresister from your
upgrade-pack and plug the yellow pin to the
connector next to the black cable (Fig. 3.1).
Step 4: Now remove the screw on the backside of
the CMOS board that is holding the photoresistor
(black shrink hose) and replace it with the shorter
one from your upgrade-pack . (Fig.4)
Step 5: Afterwards remove both screws from the
backside of the CMOS board that are holding the
lense mount and remove the mount with your old
lense. (Fig.5)

Step 6: Now remove the 4 screws from the
backside of the CMOS board which are holding
the 4 short spacers (Fig.6). The screws will be used
again in step 7.
Step 7: Now replace the 4 short spacers with the
new long spacers. Please use the 4 screws from step
6 to fasten them to the board. (Fig.7)
Step 8: For the next steps you are going to need the
new lense, the lense mount and the 2 screws from
your Upgrade-Pack. (Fig.8)
Step 9: Please use the 2 screws to fasten the new
lense mount in the position from which you

removed the old one in step 5. (Fig.9)
Step 10: Afterwards you can screw the new lense
into the mount above the CMOS Sensor (Fig.10)
Step 11: Now use the 4 screws from step 1 to
fasten the camera head back into the casing (see
also Fig.1). (Fig.11)
Step 12: Please reconnect the CMOS board with the
main board via the 7-pin connector (see also step 2)
and secure the smaller 4-pin connector underneath
the camera head (Fig.12). Now attach the camera to
the power supply and connect it with the network.
Open the webinterface and turn the lenses
adjustment ring until you can see a clear and sharp
