This manual represents an indispensable guide for the correct and safe use of the Vileda 100°C. Therefore, you should read all the instructions before using the
product for the first time because it contains information necessary to ensure that the product can be used in compliance with safety standards and environmental

 HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS
• Never immerse unit in water or other liquid, especially whilst plugged into the
socket. • Do not direct hot steam at people, animals, electrical appliances or electri-
cal outlets. The liquid or steam must not be directed towards equipment containing
electrical components, such as the interior of ovens. • Do not store outside your
house e.g. balcony and do not expose to sunlight or rain. • The appliance shall not
be left unattended while it is connected to the supply mains. • Never pull the cable to
disconnect the appliance from the socket. Keep the appliance lead away from heat,
oil and sharp edges. • Do not use appliance in an enclosed space filled with vapour
given off by oil-based paint thinner, some moth-proofing substances, flammable
dust, or other explosive or toxic vapours.
 Caution! Do not use on unsealed wood or unsealed laminate floors. On surfaces
that have been treated with wax or even some un-waxed floors, the sheen may be
removed by the heat. It is always recommended to test an isolated area of the sur-
face to be cleaned before proceeding. We also recommend that you check the use
and care instructions from the floor manufacturer. • Never put aromatic, alcoholic or
detergent products into the water tank, as this may damage the appliance or make it
unsafe for use.  The appliance emits very hot steam. This means that the cleaning
pad area gets very hot during use. • Caution! Always wear suitable shoes when using
the appliance and when changing the accessories on your Vileda 100°C. Do not wear
slippers or open toed footwear.  Do not open the water tank cap when the appli-
ance is plugged into the electrical socket or immediately after the product has heat-
ed up. Open the tank only when the product is standing upright and stable.  Close
the water tank cap carefully after filling or re-filling with water by turning it 90 degrees
clockwise until lock position. • For floor use only; do not use the unit upside down.
This appliance is intended for indoor household use only. • Do not use in swimming
pools containing water. • When not in use, the appliance should be stored in a dry
place, in an upright position. • Children should not have access to stored appliances.
• Unplug the appliance and allow to cool before performing any maintenance. • The
appliance has to be unplugged after use and before carrying out user maintenance
on the appliance. • Not to be used on carpets.
 PERSONAL SAFETY
• The intended use is described in this manual. The use of any accessory or at-
tachment or the performance of any operation with this appliance other than those
recommended in this instruction manual may present a risk of personal injury. This
appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabil-
ities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or in-
struction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision. Keep the appliance out of reach
of children when it is energized or cooling down. • Additional residual risks may arise
when using the appliance which may not be included in the enclosed safety warn-
ings. These risks can arise from misuse, prolonged use etc.
Use only with the manufacturers recommended attachments.
 ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• The appliance must only be connected to an electrical supply which has been in-
stalled in accordance with IEC 60364. The appliance must only be connected to al-
ternating current. The voltage must correspond with the type plate on the appliance.
• The appliance must only be used with the power cord provided with the appliance.
• Before use, check the appliance for damaged or defective parts. • Before use,
regularly check the power cord for signs of damage or ageing. If the supply cord
is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. • The appliance is not to be used if it has
been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking • Do not abuse
the power cord. Never carry the appliance by the cord. • Keep the power cord away
from hot surfaces and sharp edges. • Unplug the power cord before filling the tank
with water and start using the product. • Do not charge the product near bathtubs,
showers, basins or other vessels containing water, as the proximity of water presents
a hazard. • Never use the product whilst it is plugged into the socket. • Unplug the
power cord from the socket before storing the appliance or whenever the system
is ready to use. • Never attempt to remove or replace any parts other than those
specified in this manual. • In an emergency situation contact professional help im-
mediately! • Do not leave the appliance connected to an electrical socket when not
in use. • Do not handle the appliance with wet hands when plugged into the electri-
cal socket. • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close door on cord,
pull cord around sharp corners or expose cord to heated surfaces.  If the home
security circuit breaker activates whilst using the appliance, discontinue product use
immediately and contact the customer support centre (beware of the risk of electri-
cal shock).
SERVICE
• Do not use the appliance if any part of the power cord or plug is damaged or defective. • Repairs should be carried out by a service agent or a suitably qualified
person in accordance with relevant safety regulations. Repairs by unqualified persons could be dangerous. • Never modify or open the appliance in any way as
this may increase the risk of personal injury.
ASSEMBLY AND PAD REMOVAL

• Before attempting any of the following operations, make sure that the appliance is unplugged and cold. Slide the handle into the main section of the appliance
➋
until it clicks into place. Slide the frame part into the main section of the appliance until it clicks into place. • The handle can be removed from the appliance: Use
a ballpoint pen to press into the holes on both sides of the bottom of the handle, then pull the handle out of the main appliance section. ➌ Place a cleaning pad on
the floor with the Velour side facing up. • Lightly press the appliance down onto the cleaning pad. • Never use the appliance without first attaching a cleaning pad.
• Be sure that the appliance is not plugged into the electrical socket and not in action whilst removing the pad. • Wait until the pad cools down before removing.
• Remove the pad from the frame carefully pulling the pad away with hands.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
Note: Fill the water tank with clean tap water or distilled water (suggested in case of hard tap water). • Ensure that the power cord is disconnected from the electric-
ity. ➍ Remove the water tank cap by turning anti-clockwise. ➎ Fill the tank with water until a yellow tag appears in the tank opening. ➏ When the yellow tag appears
the tank is full. Warning! Tank capacity is 0.25 litres. • Do not fill the tank above the maximum capacity. ➐ Fit the filler cap by turning it firmly clockwise. • Ensure
the filler cap is firmly secured.  Warning: Never use without a sufficient amount of water as this can damage the product!
OPERATION
➑ 8. Insert one side of the plug into the dedicated socket on the back side of the Tank Housing, and the other side of the plug into the electricity socket. • The LED
on the water tank will light up red (solid red light). • PRESS THE YELLOW START BUTTON PLACED ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE APPLIANCE. • Keep the product in an
upright / standing position in order to allow the water to heat up. • The Vileda 100°C will now start heating up the water inside the tank. ➒ The LED on the water tank
will light up red, flashing with a 1 second interval, this means that the appliance is now charging. If the red LED light flashes in a very rapid interval (0.25 seconds), it
means there is no water or not sufficient water in the water tank. ➓ 10. It takes 90 seconds for the water inside the Tank Housing to heat up and reach the working
temperature. When the LED lights up green, the appliance is ready to be used. Before you start using the appliance, remove the cable from the electric socket
and from the appliance. Place the cord in a safe and dry place. The green light will disappear from the LED. Start using your Vileda 100°C cordless around your
home. • To use your Vileda 100°C, simply squeeze the trigger placed underneath the top of the handle and the hot water will be sprayed out from the nozzle onto
the upper side of the pad. • The Vileda 100°C can be used for 30 minutes without re-charging. After 30 minutes you need to restart the charging procedures from
the beginning, and refill the water tank, following the instructions in the chapter "Filling the Water Tank". / Water needs to be re-filled into the water tank if the
appliance does not spray anymore or if during the heating up process, the LED above the water tank is flashing red at very rapid intervals (0.25 seconds). In this
case follow the instructions in the chapter "Filling the Water Tank". • Vileda 100°C removes 99.9% of E.Coli Bacterium, as tested in an external lab. • The appliance
and pad takes bacteria away from the floor. • The microfibre pad should then be washed at 60 degrees with a heavy duty laundry powder.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PRODUCT RECYCLING
• The Vileda 100°C fulfils the EU directive 2002/96/CE, covering electrical and electronic appliances and the management of its disposal. • The packaging mate-
rial is entirely recyclable, and marked with the recycling symbol. Follow local regulations for scrapping. Keep the packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene
parts, etc.) out of the reach of children, as they are potentially dangerous. • When the product has reached the end of its life please do not dispose of it with
general household waste. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. •  This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To
prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material
resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this
product for environmental safe recycling.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Product does not spray: Product does not heat up:
• Make sure enough water is inside and try again • Ensure power cord is connected
• If it still does not work remove nozzle and descale it • Ensure product stands upright
• If it still does not work descale appliance - see descale instructions • Ensure enough water is in the tank
• Press yellow start button
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Descaling the Appliance
• Use a commercially available descaling product like Citric Acid and follow the instruction of the manufacturer to prepare around 250 ml of descaling solution. •
Disconnect the appliance from the mains plug. • Disconnect the appliance from the main plug. • Empty the product of remaining water. • Pour in the descaling
solution and squeeze the trigger a couple of times to clean the nozzle. • Allow it to react for 8 hours. • Squeeze the trigger a couple of times again before emptying
the descaling solution after 8 hours. • Fill in fresh or distilled water (in areas with hard or very hard water).
Washing Pad Instructions
• Dirty pads can be machine washed at 60°C. • Do not use fabric softener as this can affect the performance of the pads. • Recommended to wash with "heavy
duty detergent". • Pad composition: 91% Polyester, 9% Other.
VILEDA PRODUCT GUARANTEE
A. SCOPE
1. By this Guarantee, Vileda guarantees the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of original purchase for a period of two years
from that date. The Vileda company that provides and will honour this Guarantee is designated in this Guarantee or accompanying leaflets or can be found on our
website www.vileda.com. 2. If within the guarantee period the product is determined to be defective (at the date of original purchase) due to improper materials
or workmanship, Vileda or an authorized service network member in the Guarantee Area will, without charge for labour or parts, repair or (at Vileda's discretion)
replace the product or its defective parts subject to the terms and limitations below. Vileda may replace defective products or parts with new or refurbished
products or parts. All products and parts replaced become the property of Vileda. 3. This guarantee does not cover: a) periodic maintenance and repair or parts
replacement due to wear and tear. b) consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the lifetime of a product such as pads).
c) damage or defects caused by use, operation or treatment of the product inconsistent with normal personal or domestic use. d) damage or changes to the prod-
uct as a result of: I. misuse, including: - treatment resulting in physical, cosmetic or surface damage or changes to the product; - failure to install or use the product
for its normal purpose or in accordance with Vileda instructions on installation or use; - failure to maintain the product in accordance with Vileda instructions on
proper maintenance; - installation or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the technical or safety laws or standards in the country where it is installed or
used; II. use of the product with accessories, peripheral equipment and other products of a type, condition and standard other than prescribed by Vileda; III. repair
or attempted repair by persons who are not Vileda or authorized service network members; IV. Accidents, fire, liquids, chemicals, other substances, flooding,
vibrations, excessive heat, improper ventilation, power surges, excess or incorrect supply or input voltage, radiation, electrostatic discharges including lighting,
other external forces and impacts.
B. TERMS
1. Guarantee services will be provided only if the original invoice or sales receipt (indicating the date of purchase, model name and dealer's name) is presented
with the defective product within the guarantee period. Vileda may refuse free-of-charge guarantee service if these documents are not presented or if they are in-
complete or illegible. This Guarantee will not apply if the model name or serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible. 2. This
Guarantee does not cover transport costs and risks associated with transport of your product to and from Vileda or the service agent. 3. We would like to inform
you that the diagnosis fee of your product shall be paid by you if the diagnosis of your product proves that you will not be entitled to a repair under this guarantee
(for whatever reason) to rectify the defect or your product is working properly and no hardware fault could be designed.
C. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
1. Except as stated above, Vileda makes no guarantee (express, implied, statutory or otherwise) regarding product quality, performance, accuracy, reliability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. 2. Vileda does not take responsibility for secondary or indirect damages caused by the incorrect use of the product.
Save as set out elsewhere in this clause the responsibility of Vileda will not exceed the purchase price of the product. If you have any doubts referring to the cor-
rect use of the product or referring to the guarantee, call Vileda Customer Service. 3. Nothing in this guarantee is intended to restrict Vileda's liability for death,
personal injury or damage to private property caused by the goods proving defective while in the consumer's use as a result of Vileda's negligence.
D. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS RESERVED
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens
Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in this guarantee will affect these rights.

 Attenzione! Non usare su legno non sigillato o su pavimenti in laminato non si-
gillati. Non usare neanche su superfici che sono state trattate con cera o anche su
alcuni pavimenti non cerati la cui lucidatura potrebbe essere rimossa dal calore. Si
raccomanda di testare sempre una zona isolata della superficie da pulire, prima di
procedere sull'intera area. Si raccomanda inoltre di consultare prima le istruzioni per
l'uso e la manutenzione del fornitore del pavimento. • Non inserire mai sostanze aro-
matiche, alcoliche o detergenti nel contenitore dell'acqua, perché potrebbero dan-
neggiare l'apparecchio o renderlo non sicuro all'uso.  L'apparecchio emette acqua
molto calda. Questo significa che l'area intorno all'erogatore ed al panno diventa
molto calda durante l'uso. • Attenzione! Indossare sempre scarpe adatte quando
si utilizza l'apparecchio e quando si cambiano gli accessori di Vileda 100°C. Non in-
dossare ciabatte o scarpe aperte.  Non aprire il tappo del serbatoio dell'acqua
quando l'apparecchio è collegato alla presa elettrica e fino a quando non si è raf-
freddato. Aprire il serbatoio solo quando il prodotto è in posizione verticale e stabile.
 Chiudere attentamente il tappo del serbatoio dell'acqua dopo averlo riempito o
rabboccato con acqua, girando il tappo di 90° in senso orario fino alla posizione di
chiusura. • Usare solo per la pulizia dei pavimenti; non usare il prodotto capovolto.
Questo prodotto è destinato esclusivamente ad un utilizzo domestico. • Non utiliz-
zare in piscine contenenti acqua. • Quando non viene utilizzato, il prodotto dovrebbe
essere conservato in un luogo asciutto, in posizione verticale. • Tenere lontano dalla
portata dei bambini. • L'apparecchio deve essere scollegato dopo l'uso e prima di
eseguire qualsiasi manutenzione sull'apparecchio. • Staccare l'apparecchio dalla
presa di corrente ed attendere che si raffreddi prima di effettuare qualsiasi opera-
zione di manutenzione. • Non usare sui tappeti.

• L'apparecchio deve essere collegato esclusivamente ad impianti di fornitura dell'e-
nergia elettrica conformi alla legislazione vigente ed installati in conformità alla nor-
mativa tecnica vigente (IEC 60364). L'apparecchio deve essere collegato solo alla
corrente alternata . Il voltaggio deve corrispondere con quanto indicato sulla tar-
ghetta posta sull''apparecchio. • L'apparecchio deve essere utilizzato solo con il
cavo di alimentazione dato in dotazione con l'apparecchio. • Prima dell'uso, control-
lare che l'apparecchio non abbia danni o parti difettose. • Prima dell'uso controllare
regolarmente che il cavo di alimentazione dell'apparecchio non abbia segni di danni
o deterioramento. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito
dal produttore, dal suo servizio di assistenza o da una persona adeguatamente qua-
lificata conformemente alle vigenti norme di sicurezza al fine di evitare un pericolo. •
L'apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato se è caduto, se ci sono segni visibili di danni
o se perde acqua. • Non maltrattare il cavo di alimentazione. Non trascinare l'appa-
recchio per il cavo. • Tenere il cavo di alimentazione lontano da superfici calde e bordi
taglienti. • Staccare il cavo di alimentazione prima di riempire il serbatoio con acqua
e di iniziare ad usare il prodotto. • Non ricaricare il prodotto vicino a vasche da bagno,
docce, bacinelle o altri recipienti contenenti acqua, poiché la vicinanza dell'acqua
rappresenta un pericolo. • Non usare il prodotto quando quando la spina è inserita
nella presa elettrica. • Staccare il cavo di alimentazione dalla corrente prima di ripor-
re il prodotto o quando il prodotto è pronto all'uso. • Non cercare di rimuovere o so-
stituire nessuna parte dell'apparecchio tranne che nei casi specificati in questo ma-
nuale. • In una situazione di emergenza contattare immediatamente un professioni-
sta! • Non lasciare l'apparecchio collegato alla presa di corrente quando non è in uso.
• Non maneggiare l'apparecchio con le mani bagnate o umide, specialmente quan-
do è collegato alla presa elettrica. • Non tirare il cavo e non trasportare o trascinare
l'apparecchio tenendolo per il cavo; fare attenzione a non incastrare il cavo sotto le
porte; non tirare il cavo intorno ad angoli taglienti e tenerlo lontano da superfici calde.
 Se il salvavita si attiva mentre si sta utilizzando il prodotto, scollegarlo immediatamen-
te e contattare il centro assistenza clienti (Fare attenzione al rischio di scossa elettrica).
RIPARAZIONI
• Non utilizzare l'apparecchio se una qualsiasi parte del cavo di alimentazione o della presa è danneggiata o difettosa. • Le riparazioni possono essere effet-
tuate solo da un tecnico o da una persona adeguatamente qualificata conformemente alle vigenti norme di sicurezza. Le riparazioni eseguite da personale non
qualificato potrebbero essere pericolose. • Non modificare né aprire mai in alcun modo l'apparecchio. Qualsiasi modifica potrebbe aumentare il rischio di danni
e infortuni.
ASSEMBLAGGIO E RIMOZIONE DEL PANNO
• Prima di effettuare le seguenti operazioni, verificate che l'apparecchio sia scollegato dalla corrente e freddo. ➊ Inserire il manico nel corpo principale
dell'apparecchio fino a quando non senti un "click". ➋ Agganciare la piastra al corpo principale fino a quando non senti un "click". • Per poter riporre facilmente
l'apparecchio, il manico può essere sganciato dal corpo principale. Utilizzare una penna a sfera per premere nei due fori posti sulla base del manico ed estrarre il
manico dal corpo principale. ➌ Posizionare il panno di pulizia sul pavimento con il lato con il velcro rivolto verso l'alto. • Premere leggermente la piastra sul panno.
• Non usare mai l'apparecchio senza prima aver attaccato il panno per la pulizia. • Accertarsi che l'apparecchio non sia collegato alla presa elettrica e non sia
acceso quando dovete rimuovere il panno. • Aspettare che il panno sia freddo prima di rimuoverlo. • Rimuovere il panno dalla piastra, tirandolo delicatamente
con le mani.
RIEMPIRE IL SERBATOIO DELL' ACQUA
Nota: Riempire il serbatoio con acqua del rubinetto pulita o acqua distillata (suggerita in caso di acqua particolarmente dura). • Assicurarsi che il cavo di alimen-

tazione sia staccato dalla corrente. Svitare il tappo del serbatoio girandolo in senso antiorario. Riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua fino a quando non appare

un galleggiante giallo in prossimità dell'apertura del serbatoio. Quando appare il gallegiante giallo il serbatoio è pieno. Attenzione! La capacità del serbatoio
➐
è di 0,25 litri. Non riempire il serbatoio oltre la capacità massima. Chiudere saldamente il tappo girando in senso orario. • Assicurarsi che il tappo sia chiuso
saldamente  Attenzione: non usare mai l'apparecchio senza una sufficiente quantità di acqua perché potrebbe danneggiarlo!
COME UTILIZZARE IL PRODOTTO
➑
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione al lato posteriore dell'apparecchio e inserire la spina nella presa di corrente. • L'indicatore luminoso posto sopra il serbatoio
dell'acqua diventerà rosso (spia rossa fissa) • Premere il pulsante giallo di accensione posto sul retro dell'apparecchio. • Mantenere il prodotto in posizione
verticale quando è attaccato alla presa di corrente, affinché possa entrare in funzione correttamente. • Vileda 100°C inizierà ora a riscaldare l'acqua all'interno
del serbatoio. ➒ L'indicatore luminoso posto sopra il serbatoio dell'acqua diventerà rosso, lampeggiando lentamente ad intervalli di 1 secondo, questo significa
che l'apparecchio si sta scaldando. Se l'indicatore luminoso inizia invece a lampeggiare molto velocemente significa che non c'è sufficiente acqua nel serbatoio.
➓ Occorrono circa 90 secondi perché l'acqua contenuta all'interno del serbatoio si riscaldi e raggiunga la temperatura di funzionamento. Quando appare la luce
verde l'apparecchio è pronto all'uso. Prima di iniziare ad utilizzare l'apparecchio, rimuovere il cavo dalla presa elettrica e dall'apparecchio. Riporre il cavo di
alimentazione in un luogo asciutto e sicuro. La luce verde dell'indicatore luminoso si spegnerà. Ora potete iniziare ad usare il vostro Vileda 100°C senza fili in
tutta la casa! • Per utilizzare il vostro Vileda 100°C, è sufficiente premere il grilletto posto sotto la parte superiore del manico, l'erogatore spruzzerà l'acqua calda
verso la parte superiore del panno. • Vileda 100°C Hot Spray può essere utilizzato per circa 20-30 minuti trascorsi i quali è necessario ricominciare la procedura
di riscaldamento dall'inizio e riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua seguendo le istruzioni riportate nel paragrafo "Riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua". / E' necessario
riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua se l'apparecchio smette di spruzzare l'acqua o se durante la fase di riscaldamento dell'acqua l'indicatore luminoso posto sopra
il serbatoio lampeggia di rosso molto velocemente. In questo caso seguire le istruzioni riportate nel paragrafo "Riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua". • Vileda 100°C
pemette di rimuovere il 99,9% di E. coli Bacterium, come risulta dai test effettuati presso un laboratorio terzo ed indipendente.
ISTRUZIONI E AVVERTENZE PER LO SMALTIMENTO DEL PRODOTTO E DELL'IMBALLAGGIO
Il simbolo del "contenitore di spazzatura barrato"  riportato sul prodotto indica che lo stesso é soggetto a regime di raccolta differenziata previsto per le ap-
parecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche dalla direttiva 2012/19/UE e che pertanto non va smaltito come normale rifiuto urbano. I Comuni organizzano centri di
raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche presso i quali potrete conferire gratuitamente il prodotto al termine del suo utilizzo.
Nel caso di acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente sarà facoltà dell'utente riconsegnare il Vileda 100°C usato, al venditore il quale provvederà al
ritiro gratuito dello stesso ed al trasporto presso i centri di raccolta differenziata. Si raccomanda uno scrupoloso rispetto delle norme sull'uso e sullo smaltimento
del prodotto al fine di evitare la dispersione di sostanze pericolose nell'ambiente che potrebbero causare effetti negativi per l'ambiente e per la salute umana. Lo
smaltimento abusivo dei rifiuti è punito dalla legge e comporta l'irrogazione delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalla legislazione vigente. Un corretto smalti-
mento del prodotto favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composta l'apparecchiatura. Per informazioni più dettagliate sul trattamento, recupero e riciclaggio di
questo prodotto, contattare il servizio di riciclaggio del proprio comune. Il simbolo  identifica che Vileda 100°C è un prodotto sottoposto al regime di utilizzo,
riciclaggio e recupero per le apparecchiature elettroniche.
Il materiale utilizzato per l'imballaggio del prodotto é interamente riciclabile come evidenziato dal simbolo apposto sullo stesso. Attenersi alla norme legislative e
regolamentari locali vigenti in materia di smaltimento. Tenere il materiale di imballaggio (sacchetti di plastica, parti in polystyrene, etc..) lontano dalla portata dei
bambini perchè potenzialmente pericolosi.

CURA E MANUTENZIONE DEL PRODOTTO
Rimuovere il calcare dall'apparecchio
• Utilizzare un prodotto decalcificante specifico disponibile in commercio come l'acido citrico e seguire le istruzioni del produttore per preparare circa 250 ml di
soluzione decalcificante. • Si consiglia di utilizzare acqua distillata in aree dove la durezza dell'acqua è più elevata. In questo caso non è necessaria la procedura di
pulizia. • Scollegare l'apparecchio dalla presa. • Svuotare l'apparecchio da eventuale acqua rimanente. • Versare la soluzione disincrostante e premere il grilletto
un paio di volte per pulire l'erogatore. • Lasciare agire per 8 ore. • Trascorse le 8 ore, premere il grilletto ancora un paio di volte prima di svuotare la soluzione.
• Riempire il serbatotio con acqua fresca o distillata (nelle zone dove l'acqua è particolarmente dura).
Istruzioni per il lavaggio del panno
• I panni possono essere lavati in lavatrice a 60°. • Non usare ammorbidente poiché può influire sulle prestazioni del panno. • Si raccomanda di lavare con deter-
genti ad elevata efficacia. • Composizione del panno: 91% polyester, 9% altro.
GARANZIA CONVENZIONALE DEI PRODOTTI VILEDA
A. AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE
1. Con la presente Garanzia, Vileda garantisce per un periodo di due anni decorrenti dalla data originaria di acquisto del prodotto che il prodotto medesimo è
esente da difetti dovuti ai materiali utilizzati o da difetti originari del processo di fabbricazione. Le condizioni di garanzia offerte da Vileda qui di seguito riportate
sono disponibili anche sul sito www.vileda.it. 2. Se entro il periodo di garanzia sarà riscontrata la presenza di difetti nei materiali oppure di difetti originari del
processo di fabbricazione, Vileda o un membro della rete di assistenza da essa autorizzato, senza alcun costo supplementare, effettuerà, a propria discrezione,
la riparazione o la sostituzione del prodotto, oppure la riparazione o la sostituzione dei componenti difettosi alle condizioni qui di seguito riportate. Vileda potrà
sostituire i prodotti difettosi o i componenti difettosi con prodotti o parti nuove o ricondizionate. Tutti i prodotti e le parti sostituite diventeranno di proprietà di
Vileda. 3. Sono escluse dalla presente garanzia: a) la manutenzione periodica, la riparazione o la sostituzione di parti danneggiate per cause riconducibili alla
normale usura; b) materiali soggetti a usura (componenti per i quali si prevede la sostituzione periodica durante il ciclo di vita di un prodotto come i panni per la
pulizia); c) danni o difetti causati da uso, attività o trattamenti del prodotto eccedenti l'uso personale e domestico del prodotto medesimo; d) la riparazione di danni
o mutamenti del prodotto che siano risultato di: I. cattivo uso, come: - trattamenti e utilizzi che siano tali da comportare mutamenti tecnici o estetici al prodotto,
oppure danneggiamenti o modifiche anche delle superfici del prodotto medesimo, - installazione o utilizzo del prodotto per scopi diversi da quelli previsti ed
indicati nel manuale di istruzioni, oppure installazione o utilizzo in difformità rispetto a quanto previsto dalle istruzioni di installazione o di utilizzo fornite da Vileda; -
mancata manutenzione del prodotto oppure manutenzione eseguita in difformità rispetto a quanto stabilito nelle istruzioni fornite da Vileda in merito alla corretta
manutenzione; - installazione e/o utilizzo del prodotto in violazione delle leggi e/o delle regole tecniche e/o degli standard di sicurezza vigenti nel paese in cui il
prodotto viene installato o utilizzato; II. utilizzo del prodotto con accessori, periferiche o altri prodotti diversi da quelli prescritti da Vileda; utilizzo del prodotto in
condizioni diverse da quelle prescritte da Vileda medesima; III. riparazioni o tentativi di riparazione effettuati da personale non appartenente all'organizzazione
di Vileda o non facente parte della Rete di servizio autorizzata da Vileda stessa; IV. difetti dovuti ad incidenti, incendi, liquidi, sostanze chimiche, altre sostanze,
allagamenti, vibrazioni, calore eccessivo, ventilazioni inadeguata, sbalzi di tensione, alimentazione o tensione in ingresso non corretta o in eccesso, radiazioni,
scariche elettrostatiche compresa l'illuminazione, altre forze esterne ed urti.
B. CONDIZIONI
1. Gli interventi in garanzia verranno forniti solo se una prova d'acquisto - indicante la data di acquisto, il nome del prodotto ed il nome del rivenditore - sarà pre-
sentata a Vileda unitamente al prodotto difettoso, entro il periodo di garanzia. Vileda si riserva di rifiutare la fornitura del servizio in garanzia se la documentazione
sopra indicata non sarà presentata o se sarà presentata in forma incompleta o illeggibile. La presente garanzia non si applica se il nome del modello o il numero di
serie indicati sul prodotto siano stati alterati, cancellati, rimossi o comunque resi illeggibili. 2. Vi informiamo che il costo della verifica di funzionalità del prodotto
ed i costi di trasporto del prodotto verso e da Vileda saranno a voi addebitati qualora, in seguito a tale verifica, si riscontri che per qualsiasi motivo il prodotto in
questione non rientra tra i casi che danno diritto alla riparazione ai sensi della presente garanzia.
C. ESCLUSIONI E LIMITAZIONI
1. Salvo quanto sopra indicato, Vileda non fornisce alcuna garanzia (espressa, implicita, legale o altro) per quanto riguarda la qualità, le prestazioni, l'accuratezza,
l'affidabilità e l'idoneità del prodotto per scopi di natura diversa rispetto a quelli previsti ed indicati nel manuale di istruzioni che devono ritenersi pertanto non
consentiti. 2. Vileda esclude qualsiasi responsabilità per eventuali danni diretti, indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali a persone, animali o cose o all'ambiente,
nonché eventuali responsabilità per perdite di prodotti e/o ricavi, derivanti da un utilizzo del prodotto non conforme alle prescrizioni di montaggio, uso e manuten-
zione contenute nel manuale di istruzioni ed avvertenze che accompagna il prodotto. 3. Qualora la legge vigente vieti o limita queste esclusioni di responsabilità,
Vileda escluderà o limiterà la propria responsabilità solo nella misura massima consentita dalla legge vigente. Ad esempio, in alcuni paesi la legge vigente vieta
l'esclusione o la limitazione dei danni derivanti da negligenza, colpa grave, dolo, frode e atti simili.
La responsabilità di Vileda per questa garanzia non potrà in nessun caso essere superiore al prezzo pagato per il prodotto, fatta salva l'esistenza di normative
vigenti e applicabili che prevedano limitazioni differenti.
4. La presente garanzia convenzionale è valida in Italia, San Marino e Città del Vaticano.

Il consumatore è titolare dei diritti previsti dal D.Lgs. 206/2005 in materia di vendita di prodotti di consumo. La presente garanzia non pregiudica i diritti previsti
per legge, né esclude, limita o inficia in alcun modo i diritti del consumatore nei confronti del soggetto da cui il consumatore medesimo ha acquistato il presente
prodotto. E' lasciato alla discrezionalità del consumatore far valer i propri diritti nei confronti del venditore secondo quanto previsto dalla legge.

 GESUNDHEITS- UND SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder einer anderen Flüssigkeit ein, ins-
besondere wenn es noch mit dem Stromnetz verbunden ist. • Richten Sie heißes
Wasser nicht auf Menschen, Tiere, elektrische Geräte oder Steckdosen. Der Was-
serstrahl oder der Dampf darf nicht auf elektrische Geräte, wie z.B. dem Ofen, ge-
richtet werden. • Bewahren Sie das Gerät nicht draußen, z.B. auf dem Balkon auf
und setzen Sie es keiner direkten Sonnenbestrahlung oder Regen aus. • Lassen Sie
das Gerät nicht unbaufsichtigt, wenn es mit dem Stromnetz verbunden ist. • Ziehen
Sie nie am Kabel, um das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen. Halten Sie das Gerät von
Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten fern. • Nutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in geschlossenen
Räumen, die mit Ausdünstungen aus ölbasierten Verdünnern, Mottenschutzmittel,
entflammbarem Staub oder anderen explosiven oder giftigen Dämpfen gefüllt sind.
 Vorsicht! Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht auf unversiegelten Holzböden und unver-
siegelten Laminatböden. Auf Oberflächen, die mit Wachs behandelt wurden, oder
auf einigen ungewachsten Böden könnte durch die Hitze der Glanz reduziert wer-
den. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch, empfehlen wir, das Gerät an einer unauffälligen
Stelle zu testen. Wir empfehlen ebenso, die Gebrauchs- und Pflegeanleitungen des
Bodenherstellers zu prüfen. • Befüllen Sie den Wasserbehälter nie mit parfümierten
und alkoholhaltigen Lösungen oder Reinigungsprodukten, da diese das Gerät be-
schädigen oder für den Gebrauch unsicher machen könnten.  Durch den Ausstoß
von sehr heißem Wasser heizen sich die Düse und der Wischbezug während des Ge-
brauchs sehr stark auf. • Vorsicht! Tragen Sie während des Gebrauchs des Geräts
und des Austauschs des Zubehörs Ihres 100°C stets angemessenes Schuhwerk.
Tragen Sie keine Hausschuhe oder offene Schuhe.  Schließen Sie die Kappe des
Wasserbehälters gründlich nach Befüllung, indem Sie sie um 90 Grad im Uhrzeiger-
sinn bis zum Anschlag drehen. • Nur für den Boden zu verwenden; nutzen Sie das
Gerät nicht auf dem Kopf stehend. Dieses Gerät ist lediglich für den Innengebrauch.
• Nutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in swimming pools, in denen sich Wasser befindet. •
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen Platz in aufrechter Position auf. • Be-
wahren Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. • Trennen Sie das
Gerät vor der Wartung vom Stromnetz und lassen Sie es vorher abkühlen. • Bitte
trennen Sie das Gerät nach jeder Nutzung und vor der Ausführung von Wartungs-
arbeiten vom Stromnetz. • Das Gerät ist für die Nutzung auf Teppichböden nicht
geeignet.
 PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
• In diesem Handbuch wird die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung beschrieben. •
Die Verwendung von Zubehör oder Anbauteilen, die nicht in der Gebrauchsanwei-
sung empfohlen werden, sowie die unsachgemäße Bedienung des Gerätes können
zu Verletzungen führen. • Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit verringerten physi-
schen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wis-
sen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs
des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verste-
hen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden. Halten Sie
das Gerät von Kindern fern, wenn es aufheizt oder abkühlt.
Nutzen Sie das Gerät nur mit dem vom Hersteller empfohlenen Zubehör.
 ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
• Das Gerät darf nur an einen Stromanschluss angeschlossen werden, der gemäß
IEC 60364 installiert worden ist. • Das Gerät darf nur an Wechselstrom angeschlos-
sen werden. Die Spannung muss mit dem Typenschild auf dem Gerät übereinstim-
men. • Das Gerät darf nur mit dem mitgelieferten Kabel betrieben werden. • Prüfen
Sie das Gerät vor Gebrauch auf Beschädigungen. • Prüfen Sie das Kabel vor Ge-
brauch auf Zeichen von Beschädigungen. Sollte das Kabel beschädigt sein, muss es
durch den Hersteller, dem Kundendienst oder einer entsprechend qualifizierten Per-
son gemäß der Sicherheitsvorschriften ersetzt werden. • Das Gerät sollte nicht ge-
nutzt werden, wenn es fallen gelassen wurde, wenn es sichtbare Schäden gibt oder
falls es leckt. • Nutzen Sie das Stromkabel nur für Ihren 100°C. Tragen Sie das Gerät
nie am Kabel. • Halten Sie das Stromkabel von heißen Oberflächen und scharfen
Kanten fern. • Trennen Sie das Kabel vom Stromnetz bevor Sie den Wasserbehälter
mit Wasser befüllen und das Gerät in Gebrauch nehmen. • Heizen Sie das Gerät
nicht neben Badewannen, Duschen, Becken oder anderen Behältnissen mit Wasser,
da die Nähe zu Wasser eine Gefahr darstellt. • Nutzen Sie das Gerät nie während das
Kabel mit dem Stromnetz verbunden ist. • Trennen Sie das Kabel vom Stromnetz
bevor Sie das Gerät verstauen oder sobald das Gerät betriebsbereit ist. • Entfernen
oder ersetzen Sie nie Teile, die nicht im Handbuch ausdrücklich benannt sind.
In Notfällen kontaktieren Sie sofort professionelle Hilfe! • Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht
mit dem Stromnetz verbunden, wenn es nicht in Gebrauch ist.
Fassen Sie das Gerät nicht mit nassen Händen an, besonders, wenn es gerade
mit dem Stromnetz verbunden wurde. • Ziehen Sie und tragen Sie das Gerät nicht
mit dem Kabel und nutzen Sie es nicht als Griff. Klemmen Sie das Kabel nicht in
der Tür ein, wickeln Sie es nicht um scharfe Kanten oder bringen Sie es mit heißen
Oberflächen in Kontakt.  Falls Ihre Sicherung während des Gebrauchs des
Geräts herausspringt, beenden Sie den Gebrauch sofort und kontaktieren Sie die
Kundenbetreuung (beachten Sie das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags).
WARTUNG
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist. • Reparaturen sollten nur vom Kundendienst oder einer entsprechend qualifizierten Person gemäß der
Sicherheitsvorschriften ausgeführt werden. • Veränderungen am Gerät oder dessen Öffnen können zu Verletzungen führen.
AUFBAUANLEITUNG UND ANBRINGUNG DES WISCHBEZUGES
• Bevor Sie einen der folgenden Schritte durchführen, stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät nicht am Stromnetz angeschlossen und abgekühlt ist. ➊ Schieben Sie
den Stiel in den Gerätekörper bis Sie ein Klicken hören. ➋ Schieben Sie den Dreiecksfuß in den Gerätekörper bis Sie ein Klicken hören. • Der Stiel kann entfernt
werden, indem ein Kugelschreiber oder spitzer Gegenstand auf beiden Seitens des Stiels in die kleinen Löcher geschoben und gleichzeitig der Stiel nach oben
gezogen wird. ➌ Legen Sie einen Vileda 100°C Wischbezug mit der glatten Seite nach oben auf den Boden • Drücken Sie das Gerät mit leichtem Druck auf den
Wischbezug. • Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals ohne Wischbezug. • Vor dem Entfernen des Wischbezuges, müssen Sie sicher stellen, dass das Gerät nicht mit

auf der Rückseite des Gerätes. • Die LED-Lampe leuchtet rot auf. • Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Produkt aufrecht steht, da ansonsten das Gerät nicht aufheizt. •
Der Vileda 100°C heizt nun das Wasser im Wasserbehälter auf. ➒ Die LED-Anzeige auf dem Wasserbehälter zeigt beim Erhitzen des Wassers ein blinkendes rotes
Licht in einem Intervall von 1 Sekunde. • Sollte die LED sehr schnell blinken (0,25 Sekunden Intervall), bedeutet dies, dass kein oder nicht ausreichend Wasser im
Behälter vorhanden ist. ➓ Es dauert ca. 90 sekunden bis das Wasser vollständig erhitzt und das Gerät einsatzbereit ist. • Wenn die LED-Lampe grün leuchtet, ist
das Gerät einsatzbereit. Trennen Sie nun das Gerät vom Stromnetz und entfernen Sie das Stromkabel vom Gerät. (Verwahren Sie das Kabel bitte trocken und
