Manual Override

Despite of day and night, you can also switch on and off the receiver
with the radio switch.
When pressing the ON section of the rocker switch, the lantern resp.
the floodlight will light up continuously, even if the time setting of the
motion detector is adjusted to short-time operation. When pressing
the OFF section of the rocker switch, you will switch off the receiver.
Afterwards the receiver can be switched on with the use of the
remote control, the remote switch or the motion detector.

Changing the Battery

If there is no transmission the battery might be spent. In this case
replace the battery with a fresh one of the same type and dimen-
sion.
1. Remove the rocker from the cover frame and insert the battery
into the compartment, observing right polarity.
2. Check proper function by pressing the switch on the upper and
the lower section.

Troubleshooting

Poor reception indicates that the battery should be replaced, that
the transmission range is too large or there might be interfer-
ences.
If the receiver e.g. the lantern or the floodlight cannot be
switched on, check if the illuminant is defective. Before undertak-
ing any connection or maintaining work e. g. changing the
illuminant, make sure the input lead of the connected receiver is
voltage-free and secured against unattended switching-on.
If there is no reception at all, check the power circuit and the
mains power.
