Spektrum FPV Troubleshooting
Problem
No image, display is
completely dark
No image, display is
glowing dark gray
Static on all channels
Horizontal lines in the

No power supplied to the
video transmitter or headset

Video receiver is powered
on
External AV source plugged

SD card full

the LED light cycles on and

transmitter

Leaning against a car or
other large metallic objects
can affect the magnetic
sensor in the head tracker

Solution
Check the power
connections
Make sure the battery is fully
charged
Ensure the video receiver
power switch is powered on
Make sure the video transmitter
is powered on and transmitting.
Use the spectrum analyzer on
the video receiver module to fi nd
the correct frequency/ band.
Choose a cleaner channel
Rotate the lens slowly to focus
the camera
Consider diopter inserts to meet
your optical needs. See page 7
for more information.
Turn off power switch to video
receiver on the bottom of the
headset
Remove external AV source
Format SD card. Move any fi les
you want to keep off the SD
card before formatting.
Replace the SD card
Power off the headset and
then back on. Wait for the LED
to turn off before turning on
the DVR.
Confi rm channel assignments
and operation in the
transmitter servo monitor.
Confi rm center position, then
press HT button to initialize
head tracker
Select a location to operate
located away from large
metallic objects
