8.4 Displaying maximum, minimum and average temperatures
➤ Press the

8.6 Offsetting readings
You can set a measured reading to 0° and use it as a new zero point.
Press the button to activate the function.

✓ If the next temperature reading measures 30 °C then the display will show 5 °C.
