2 | before first use
Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do as follows:
carefully unpack the appliance and remove all the packaging material.
Keep the material (plastic bags and cardboard) out of reach of children.
check the appliance after unpacking for any damage, possible from
transportation. Before plugging into a socket, check that the voltage in
your home corresponds with the voltage printed on the bottom of the
appliance. rinse all the accessories - dustcover, cones, pulp compartment
and reservoir - and dry them thoroughly.
Put the appliance on a cool, flat and stable surface.
3 | mAking juice
Before plugging into a socket, check that the voltage in your home
corresponds with the voltage printed on the bottom of the appliance.
1. Place the motorunit on a flat and stable surface.
2. place consecutive the reservoir, the pulp compartment and the small
cone on the motorunit.
3. If you want to collect the juice directly in a glass, you must press the
spout slightly down.
If you prefer to collect the juice in the reservoir, press the spout
slightly upwards until it clicks.
4. put the plug in the wall socket.
5. choose the right sized cone for the fruit you want to press.
cone can be used for smaller fruit, like lemons and limes, and must be
used every time you use the juicer.
The large cone must be placed over the small cone and can be used for
pressing fruits with more flesh, like oranges and grapefruits.
6. as soon as a halved fruit is pressed onto the cone, the motor will be
activated.
The pips and flesh will be collected in the pulp compartment. The small
spatulas attached to the small cone turn automatically and make sure that
the flesh in the pulp compartment is pressed again, to obtain as much
juice as possible. Only the pure juice is left in the reservoir or glass.
Attention: when the engine sound during pressing gets heavier or if it
turns slower, it means that you are pressing to hard. Loosen the pressure
and you can use the appliance without any problems.
do not use the citrusjuicer for more then 1 minute continiously, wait a
few seconds before you operate it again.

always unplug the cord from the socket before cleaning the appliance.
clean the juicer after every use. rinse the dustcover, the cones, the pulp
compartment and reservoir with hot soapy water. thoroughly dry the
parts. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. the separate parts can be
cleaned in a dishwasher. do not use any abrasive or strong detergents.
never place the appliance, the power cable or the plug in water or any
other liquid.
