5.3.2 HS-Regler ohne Unterdruckdüse
Die HS Regler Modelle HS31 – HS33, HS41 – HS43 sowie
HS51 und HS53 werden ohne Unterdruckdüse ausgeliefert.
Wenn HS Regler unmittelbar unter dem Verflüssiger mon-
tiert werden, kann auf die Unterdruckdüse verzichtet werden
Eventuell entstehende Gasblasen können über die großzü-
gig bemessene Verbindungsleitung zum Verflüssiger auf-
steigen und werden dort verflüssigt.

Die Verbindungsleitung zu HS-Reglern ohne Unter-
druckdüse sollte großzügig bemessen sein (gleiche
Dimension wie der Anschluß am Reglergehäuse).
Außerdem sollte die Leitung so kurz wie möglich auf
direktem Weg und ohne Widerstände verlegt werden.
Zusätzliche Bögen, Reduzierungen oder Armaturen
sollten vermieden werden. Eine Gasblase soll unge-
hindert zum Verflüssiger aufsteigen können
5.3.3 Anlagen mit Ölkühlern
In Fig. 10 ist das Prinzip einer Anlage mit Ölkühler darge-
stellt. Die Entgasung des Reglergehäuses wird über eine
externe Entgasungsleitung vorgenommen.

5.3.2 HS regulators without low pressure nozzle
HS regulator models HS31 – HS33, HS41 – HS43 as well
as HS51 and HS53 are delivered without low pressure
nozzle.
When the HS regulator is mounted as close as possible
underneath the condenser, there is no need for a low
pressure nozzle. Any gas bubbles can raise back to the
condenser through a generously sized connection be-
tween regulator housing and condenser, where they will
be condensed.
When using HS regulatos without low pressure
nozzle it should be sonsidered that the connection
to the condenser should have the same dimension
as the top connection of the regulator housing.
The line should be as short as possible avoiding
resistances caused by elbows, reducers or valves.
A gas bubble should be able to raise back to the
condenser.
5.3.3 Installations with oil coolers
Fig. 10 shows the principle installation of a plant with oil
cooler. Purging of the regulator housing has to be carried
out with an external vent line.
