Operating instructions for the A/V Selector AV-800S
The A/V Selector AV-800S offers you many advantages. The time-consuming process of
plugging in and removing individual A/V connections is now a thing of the past. Once plug-
ged in, all devices are continually connected to each other and can be switched on at any
time by pressing a button or using a remote control.
One infrared signal can be stored for each input button. Using the power ON/OFF button of
each device (e.g. 1 = VCR, 2 = DVD, etc.) is recommended in most instances.
Equipment:
- active 4x audio/video switch box with 2 outputs
- video and s-video compatible with integrated S-VHS/composite converter
- remote controlled with learn function for existing IR remote controls
- connection of 4 sources to 2 outputs (e.g. TV and VCR)
- Hosiden and cinch connectors, stereo-compatible
- included power supply unit
- dimensions approx. 23 x 16 x 5 cm
Connection
Connect your devices to the 4 inputs and 2 outputs on the backside of the selector. If the
devices do not have an S-VHS connection, you can also use composite connections.
Plug in the included power supply unit only after all devices have been properly connected.
