5. SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
The sensor electrodes need to be clean and blank (without any particles and other deposition).
Never bump, bend, drop or mechanically tax the sensor. Never expose the sensor with corrosive fluids or related environments.
The device may not be immersed in water and fluids.
The switchgear may only be used in a frost-free and a condensate-proteced indoor-rrom. The sensor can be used in the open,
therefore the sensor cable has to be placed in a protective tube.
The sensor is a expendable part, which only applies to the statutory warranty (at the point of delivery). Please check on the
functions immediately. Later complaints can't be accepted.
6. MAINTENANCE
The sensor and device need to be checked regularly. The interval is dependent on its usage.
Basically: The more important and critical the usage, the more you have to check on the functions. We recommend
a monthly check. When expecting an usage event, check on its function at short notice (e.g. at thunderstorm alerts
and when using it for basement drainage).
At any changes of its original condition it is particularly important to check the sensor electrodes on its function.
The following checks chould be carried out regularly:
-The integrity of the power cable
- Clean-routing of the lines (e.g. no articulated)
- Cleanliness of the medium
- pump function

8. WARRANTY REGULATIONS
For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies (new and unused goods). In such
instances, we're gonna exchange or repair the unit according to legal regulations. Shipping costs won't be borne by
us.
The warranty does not cover:
• material wear and tear
• unautohorized interventions or change in or to the device.
• damage caused by own fault.
• improper maintenance or imporper operation
We won't also cover for compensations of following damages!
We ask you to describe your service concerns on our service platform as precisely as possible with attached
pictures for a better understanding, so we will have all the data and can fulfill a faster and better process of service.

Unauthorized returns, which are not recognized under the statutory warranty will be charged according to our
pricelist.
