Pairing the hands-free system with the
mobile phone

Only pair the hands-free system with the mo-
bile phone when the vehicle is at a standstill.
Otherwise, there is a risk that you could be
distracted from the traffic situation and cau-
se an accident.
The hands-free system and mobile phone must
be paired before they can be used together.
After they have been paired, the two devices
are automatically connected within the vehicle
whenever they are switched on.
Notes
Corresponding settings may need to be con-
figured on the mobile phone being used for
the pairing process and for automatic con-
nection to the hands-free system. (Please
refer to the mobile phone operating instruc-
tions.)
For successful pairing, the mobile phone and
hands-free system must be switched on and

Bluetooth must be enabled. For pairing, the
mobile phone must be in the vehicle.
