Cleaning

NOTE on material damage
− Do not submerge the activity tracker in water or other liquids.
− Under no circumstances use hard, scratching, or abrasive cleaning
agents or the like in order to clean the device. If you do, the surface
could be scratched.
− As needed, wipe down the activity monitor with a soft, lightly dampened cloth.

Fault/Remedy

Fault
‚ No function/display indicator.
‚ Activity tracker switches off.
‚ Apparently incorrect
measurements.
‚ Large difference between the
last measurements.
‚ "Fail!" is shown on the display.
‚ Data transmission has failed.

Possible Cause/Remedy
‚ Is the battery completely charged?
‚ The Bluetooth symbol of the activity tracker
is not pointing towards your body.
‚ You have gone fewer than 10 steps.
‚ You're sliding across the floor or are wearing
slippers on your feet.
‚ Has Bluetooth been activated on your
smartphone?
‚ Is the FITvigo app active?
‚ Was the distance between the activity
tracker and smartphone too large?
Max. distance: 10 m.
