Troubleshooting
Any decrease in suction power must be checked as follows:
Suction hose, tubing or accessories
are clogged
Smoke
Filter is dirty
Heating of the unit

Warranty information:
The warranty terms issued by our respective distribution company for each country apply. The warranty
gives entitlement to replacement of defective parts or the appliance if necessary. Damage caused by
failure to follow operating instructions, or due to external influences on the device is not covered by the
warranty. No compensation will be granted following a lack of compliance with the instructions.
Validity of warranty:
The warranty is valid for two years from date of purchase. Your entitlement to warranty may only be
granted after the presentation of an invoice with an obviously evident purchase date.
Date of handing over the goods: According to the invoice with the date of purchase.
Spare parts warranty: Normally 3 years from the expiry of the warranty period
