• Use the function select switch to select
CD mode. If there is no CD in the CD
compartment, the display will show "no"
for "no disc".
• Insert the SD or MMC into the SD / MMC
CARD socket and press and hold the Play/
Pause button 2 ; on the appliance until the
symbol "CARD" appears, followed by "--- "
blinking in the display.
• The display will then show the total number
of tracks.
• Playback, adjusting the repeat function
and programming is performed in the
same way as described in the CD / MP3
instructions.
CASSETTE TAPE RECORDER (TAPE)
• Select TAPE Mode using the function
selector switch.
• Reveal the cassette recorder controls by
folding down the cover.
• Push the Stop-key " 9 / " to open the
cassette tape compartment.
• Insert the cassette with the open side
facing down. The side that you wish to
play must be facing forwards.
• Close the cassette tape compartment.

Playback of a cassette tape

• Push the Start key 2. The cassette tape will
be played back.
• You can interrupt playback by pushing the
Pause key ; . Push the Pause key ; once
more to continue playback of the cassette
tape.
• Push the key Stop/Open 9 / to end
playback of the cassette tape.
• Use the keys Fast Forward 6 or Rewind
5 to fast forward or rewind the cassette
tape. Push the key Stop/Open 9 / to end
the winding process.
• Use the Start key 1 to start playback of
the cassette tape.
• If one side of the cassette ends, the Start
key 2 automatically releases.
• Push the Stop/Open key 9 / to open
the cassette tape compartment, turn the
cassette over and start playback of the
other side.

Record Cassette Tape

• Insert a cassette tape and close the
cassette deck.
• You can record tracks from a CD, MP3,
USB stick, SD / MMC Card or from the
radio onto a cassette.
• Start playback accordingly from the
selected medium (CD, MP3, USB, SD card,
MMC card or radio).
• It is possible to record titles from CD, MP3,
USB stick or radio to a cassette tape.
• Start the desired source medium (CD,
MP3, USB or Radio) as described above.
• To record, push the Record key 0 of the
cassette recorder. The cassetteʼs Start key
is automatically pressed with the Record
key 0 . The recorder begins recording.
NOTE:
Adjust the beginning of the recording first
pushing the Pause key ; . First, push the Pause
key ; and then the Record-key 0 . To start
recording, push the Pause key ; one more
time, recording begins.
• Push the Pause key ; to interrupt recording
or push the Stop/Open key 9 / to stop
recording.
• Open the cassette compartment, remove
the cassette tape and close the cassette
compartment.
