Automatic Power-off

 If you have not used the meter or turned the rotary switch for
more than about 15 minutes the meter will turn off automati-
cally. Before the meter turns off, the built-in buzzer will sound
5 short beeps. One minute later it will sound one long beep
and then turn off and go into sleep mode.
 To reactivate the unit, turn the rotary function switch (6) or
press the FUNC./HOLD key (2).
 If you press the FUNC.HOLD key (2) to reactivate the unit
when the rotary switch is in voltage, current or resistance
position, the automatic power-off feature will be disabled.

Cleaning and Storing

 Only clean the device with a soft moist cloth and allow it to dry
completely before the next use.
 Do not use abrasives and aggressive chemicals.
 Store the unit indoors in a dry place that is protected from
dust, dirt and extreme temperatures.
