IX. Overload Protection

ATTENTION
• The appliance is equipped with overload protection. If it is
engaged, the motor will turns itself off. Give the motor enough
time to cool down and then turn it on. If the appliance is equipped
with the heat fuse button "Press to reset", on the underside of the
motor unit, it is necessary to press it before starting the appliance.
• The fact that the appliance is equipped with this protection does
entitle the user to overload the appliance.
How to avoid overloading (overheating) the motor of the appliance:
• Do not mix a large amount of thick and hard ingredients. Do not
use fast speeds to grind these ingredients, if possible add a little
water or milk and do not blend for a long time.
• Make sure that the ingredients circulate in the jar.
• Use sound as a guide when blending. If the motor is overloaded,
it makes a different ("tired") noise.
X. Care and Cleaning
JAR AND LID
• Before first using the blender, wash the jar and lid to remove any
dirt or grease from the factory or transport.
1) Fill the jar half full with warm water and add two drops of
detergent.
2) Seat and secure the lid in place including the funnel on the jar.
3) Turn on the blender at the lowest speed and gradually
increase the speed up to maximum.
4) Allow the appliance to run for 2 minutes.
5) Turn off the appliance.
6) Thoroughly rinse the jar and the lid with clean water and allow
it to drip dry or wipe it dry. (we do not recommend washing
the jar in a dishwasher)

ATTENTION
• It is normal for the blender jar to be discoloured by the
absorption of oxidised dyes contained in vegetables and fruit
and this does not constitute a defect.
MOTOR UNIT
1) Always disconnect the power cord from the power source
before cleaning.
2) Clean the exterior of the motor unit using a damp cloth or
washing sponge dipped in a detergent solution. While doing
this, prevent liquid from entering the inner parts of the
appliance (ventilation openings are located on the underside
of the motor unit).

3) Carefully clean the buttons and rotating control dial so that
they move freely. Remove any deposits.
4) Dry the motor unit using a dry wiping cloth.

ATTENTION
• Never submerge the motor in water or any other liquid.
XI. Waste disposal
• Throw packaging materials into a container for
the respective sorted waste.
• According to directive 2012/19 EU, an
unserviceable appliance may not be disposed
of in household waste, rather it must be handed
over for ecological recycling at a respective
collection point. You can find information about collection
points at your local town council office.
XII. Product Liability
(Warranty)
On 1/1/2014, Act No. 89/2012 Coll. dated 3 February 2012 came
into force and with this, Acts 40/1964 Coll.; 513/1991 Coll. and
59/1998 Coll as subsequently amended were revoked. Madal
Bal a.s., in accordance with this Act, assumes responsibility for
defects in the product you have purchased for a period of 2 years
from the date of sale. The execution of claims for a free warranty
repair shall be governed by by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Having
fulfilled the following commercial terms, which are in accordance
with this Act, the contract service provider Madal Bal, a.s. will
repair your product free of charge.
WARRANTY TERMS
1. The seller is obliged to demonstrate the goods to the
consumer (if their disposition allows it) and issue proof of
purchase in accordance with the law. All information in the
proof of purchase must be written in an indelible manner at
the time of sale of goods.
2. You must carefully consider the functions and activities of
the product when selecting the goods. If it turns out that the
product does not meant your subsequent technical demands,
then this is not a good enough reason to make a complaint.
3. When claiming for a free repair, the goods must be handed
over with the proper proof of purchase.
4. Upon arrival of the goods for the relevant claim, they should
be preferably cleaned and packaged so that damage doesn't
occur during shipping (preferably placed in the original
packaging). In the interest of exact malfunction diagnosis and
its precise removal, send the original accessories along with
the product.

5. The service office is not responsible for goods damaged by the
carrier.
6. The service office shall not be held liable for the sending of
accessories that are not part of the standard equipment of the
product. The exceptions are instances where accessories can
not be removed due to product defects.
7. The liability for defects („warranty") applies to hidden and
visible defects in the product.
8. Warranty repairs are entitled to be performed by an
authorized service centre of the Nature7 brand.
9. The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that the product
will have the properties and characteristics stated in the
specifications, in accordance with the instructions for use, for
the entire period of liability for defects.
10. The entitlement to free repair shall expire if:
a) the product was not used and maintained in accordance
with the manual.
b) any construction modifications were carried out on the
equipment without prior written authorization issued by
Madal Bal a.s. or Nature7 as the authorized service centre.
c) the product has been used in other conditions or for
purposes other than those for which it is intended.
d) some part of the product was replaced with non-original
components.
e) product damage or excessive wear was caused by
inadequate maintenance.
f) the product met with an accident, was damaged by force
majeure or consumer negligence.
g) damage was caused by external mechanical, thermal or
chemical effects.
h) defects were caused by improper storage or handling of
the product.
i) the product was used (for the given type of product)
in aggressive environments such as dusty or humid
atmospheres.
j) the product has been used in excess of the permissible
load.
k) any falsification of the proof of purchase or claims report
was carried out.
11. The liability for defects does not cover normal wear and tear
or for use of the product for purposes other than those for
which it is intended.
12. The liability for defects does not apply to wear of the product,
which is the natural result of its normal use, such as erosion of
the abrasive rolls, lower capacity of the battery after extended
use, etc.
13. Warranty provision does not affect the rights of the buyer,
which is to purchase items according to particular legal
regulations.

14. It is not possible to claim for a free repair of a defect of
a part which has been provided by a seller at a discount.
If the product consumer attempts repair themselves, the
manufacturer or seller is not liable for any damage to the
product or personal injury due to improper repairs or the use
of non-original spare parts.
