Assembly
Please refer to the illustrations at the back of
the user instructions.
1. Screw the wheels (N) to the bottom
plate (O) using 4 bolts (EE) and 4 flange
nuts (FF)
2. Screw the lower supports (L) to the
bottom plate (O) using 4 screws (GG).
Screw the control box (K) securely to the
lower supports (L) using 4 screws (GG).
3. Screw the block belt (M) securely to the
GB
rear lower supports (L) using 2 screws
(GG).
4. Screw the upper supports (D) securely
to the lower supports (L) using 8 screws
(DD).
5. Screw the flame screen (B) securely to
the upper supports (D) using 8 screws
(DD).
6. Screw the 3 studs (CC) securely to the
flame screen (B) and place a flat washer
(BB) on each of them. Place the reflector
(A) over the 3 studs and tighten them
securely using 3 flat washers (BB) and 3
wing nuts (AA).
7. Carefully fit the glass tube (C) by lifting
it up into the centre hole in the flame
screen (B). Place the black silicone ring
(G) on the bottom edge of the glass
tube so that it is correctly positioned
all the way round and gently place the
glass tube in the hole in the centre of
the control box (K) plate.
8. Attach the lower protective guards (F)
to the hooks on the lower supports
(L). Make sure they engage. Place 2
tube connectors (ll) on each of the
lower protective guards (F). Insert the
4 upper protective guards (E) into the
tube connectors (ll). Secure the upper
protective guards with 4 fixing brackets
(HH) and 4 screws (DD).

9. Screw the 3 side panels (H) securely to
the lower supports (L) using 18 screws
(DD).
10. Screw the knob (LL) securely to the front
panel (l). Secure the front panel chain to
the control box (K) and attach the front
panel hooks securely to the holes in the
bottom plate (O).
11. Insert the gas bottle in the space on the
patio heater and place the regulator on
it.
13. The patio heater is now ready for use.
Use
1. Open the regulator on the gas cylinder.
2. Turn the control knob anticlockwise
to PILOT position. Press and hold the
control knob for around 30 seconds so
the gas reaches the pilot and burner.
3. Press the IGNITER button several times
while you continue to hold the control
knob in.
4. If the pilot does not light, repeat stages
2 and 3. If the patio heater has not been
used for a prolonged period, or if the
gas bottle has been changed, it may be
necessary to hold the control knob in
for up to 60 seconds at a time to remove
air from the system.
