2. Immerse a whitening strip in the hot water for approx. 10 - 12
seconds. NOTE – do not overheat the whitening strip!
Note: the whitening strip will go soft and become distorted when
it is heated – this is normal.
3. Place the whitening strip on your upper teeth. Create suction
with your tongue and lips, and exert pressure on the whitening
strip by biting your teeth together gently and exerting gentle
pressure with your fi ngers. The whitening strip will then adapt
perfectly to your teeth.
Note: in order to achieve the best possible results later, it is
important to adjust the whitening strip with precision.
4. Wait for a moment and then carefully remove the whitening
strip from your teeth, allowing it to cool completely.
5. Repeat Steps 1 - 4 with the second whitening strip for your low-
er teeth.
Cutting the whitening strips to shape
Use a pair of scissors in order to cut off the protruding material
on the whitening strips. Make sure that you cut them precisely
to shape. When you make use of them later the whitening strips
should fi t over your teeth without touching the gums. This will avoid
irritation and infl ammation of the gums.
Activating/changing the batteries
The batteries are already inserted. In order to activate them
you remove the protective strip by pulling it out from under
the batteries.
1. Turn the battery cover slightly in an anti-clockwise direction
and remove it.
2. Insert two 3-V batteries (Typ CR 2025) into the battery com-
partment. Pay attention to the correct polarity (+/–).
3. Replace the battery compartment cover and turn it slightly in a
clockwise direction. In the process, observe the markings on
the lamp!
Replace the batteries in good time when the power of the device
starts to become weaker.
Use

To achieve a better result, you are advised to restrict
or avoid smoking and consuming coffee, tea, cola, red
wine, cherries, blueberries and other highly pigment-
ed foodstuffs.

Please note that the treatment has no effect on false
teeth!
•
Regular application for one week every three months
is recommended in order to maintain the effect per-
manently.
•
For the fi rst treatments we recommend a maximum
duration of 20 minutes per application.
1. Make sure that there are no bits of food on your teeth.
2. Put a little drop of whitening gel into each tooth indentation on
both whitening strips. Do not overfi ll the whitening strips!
3. Place the upper whitening strip on your upper teeth and move
it backwards and forwards into the right position. Press the
whitening strip onto your teeth.
4. Place the lower whitening strip on your lower teeth in the same
way.
5. Allow the whitening strips to take effect for between 20 and no
more than 45 minutes.
6. You can use the LED lamp in order to accelerate the effect.
– Press the On/Off switch to switch the lamp on.
– Hold the lamp in front of your teeth for max. 10 minutes.
– Press the switch again to switch off the lamp.

7. Carefully peel the two whitening strips off your teeth.
8. Remove any gel residues from your teeth with a toothbrush
(without toothpaste) and rinse your mouth thoroughly with fresh
water.
Note: if after using the product white spots appear on your teeth,
this is a temporary effect caused by uneven areas on the tooth.
The white spots will disappear after a little while.
Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION!

Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.
These can damage the surface.

Rinse the whitening strips with lukewarm water and allow them
to dry completely.
•
Clean the LED lamp if necessary using a damp, soft cloth.
•
Keep the product out of the reach of children and animals in a
clean, dry, cool place which is protected from direct sunlight.
•
Keep the opened whitening gel in the fridge at a temperature
of 4 – 5 °C.

Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of it
in an environmentally friendly manner and take it to a recy-
cling centre. Dispose of the set in an environmentally
friendly manner as well. You can obtain more information
from your local authorities.
Dispose of the article in an environmentally friendly man-
ner. It should not be disposed of in the normal household
waste. Please dispose of it at a recycling centre for used
electrical and electronic devices. You can obtain more in-
formation from your local authorities.
The batteries should be removed prior to disposal of the
article and disposed of separately from the article. To pro-
tect the environment, non-rechargeable and rechargeable
batteries may not be disposed of with normal household
waste, but must be taken to suitable collection points. Also
note the relevant statutory regulations governing the dis-
posal of batteries.
