8. Troubleshooting Methods

The following table contains common problems and solutions,
please read carefully.
Problem
The speaker has
no sound
The
speaker murmur
No power
The Remote
have no function
Failure in station
scanning in DAB
or FM mode
Try to increase the volume;
Please reselect the audio input channel;
Please make sure that all cables are correctly connected;
Please make sure that all cables are correctly connected;
Please replace the other audio cable;
Please ensure the equipment that connected audio cable
output itself did not murmur;
Please make sure that the adapter and the host is
connected correctly;
Please check the power adapter voltage and current
demand;
Replace the batteries in the Remote Control
Check if the antenna works or reset the function.
