What to do if the smart strip cannot be controlled after being added to the network?
A: Please check the Wi-Fi LED condition.
1: If it keeps bright, it infers that the Strip has not been linked with the router yet. So make
sure that the smart Strip and the smart terminal are linked in the same router;
2:If the Wi-Fi LED keeps flashing quickly,it means the smart strip has not been linked with the
router yet,so,please check if the router works well or the password is correct.
Q:Does Revogi support any upgrade?
A:Yes ,including the App and firmware.
Q:Will the Strip be added to the network if the router password changes?
A:No. Adding to the network process should be restarted. Make sure that the router password
input is correct.
Q:What's the AP mode?
A:The AP mode refers that the smart Strip can directly be linked with the smart terminal and
the smart Strip can be directly controlled via a smart terminal without any home network.
Q:Why sometimes the smart strip shows online while other time offline?
A:Please check the Wi-Fi condition or restart the router when offline.
Q:How to avoid confusion when many Strips are being applied?
A:Enter the switch interface, then you can DIY the icon and the name of each port as you like.
