SETTINg IN OPERATION
The order of assembly of the
relay cards has to be in ascen-
ding order starting from "1" on
the front from left to right! On the
back-side all of the slots are numbered as well.
After installing one or more new relay cards, the ConfigV
software has to be programmed again with the total number
of relay cards in order to address the new cards.
INSTALLATION OF THE RELAY CARDS
The manual assembly of the relay cards is to be carried out
as follows:
1. Turn off the supply voltage of the PTC-240 x
2. Open the top of the cabinet PTC-240x
3. Remove the according screw of the cover of the relay-
card-slot.
4. Now fix the relay on the front panel
5. Attach the blind cover with the stay bolt behind the con-
nector with the enclosed screws M3x6.
6. Place the ribbon cable and put the card into the accor-
ding port on the back panel.
7. Attach with the enclosed card cover and the rounded
head screws M3x6.
8. Close top of cabinet.

einzuhalten. Auf der Rückseite sind die Steckplätze ebenfalls
durchnummeriert.
Nach der Installation einer oder mehrerer neuer Relaiskarten
muss mit ConfigV-Software die neue Gesamtrelaiskartenan-
zahl programmiert werden, damit die neuen Karten ange-
sprochen werden können.
EINBAU DER RELAISKARTEN
Der mechanische Einbau der Relaiskarten geschieht wie
folgt:
1. Versorgungsspannung der PTC-240x abschalten.
2. Gehäusedeckel PTC-240x öffnen.
3. Schaumstreifen zur Abdeckung des Relaiskartenschach-
tes entfernen bzw. auf die Hälfte kürzen.
4. LED-Reihe in die Frontseitig nächste freie Stelle einset-
zen und mittels Halteblech fixieren.
5. Flachbandkabel verlegen und Karte in die entsprechende
Öffnung der Rückwand stecken.
6. Die Relaiskarte mit den beiliegenden Linsenkopfschrau-
ben M3x6 an der Rückwand befestigen.
7. Den 14pin-Flachbandstecker der Relaiskarte 1 in den von
vorne gesehen linken freien Steckplatz auf der Hauptpla-
tine stecken.
8. Den 14pin-Flachbandstecker der Relaiskarte 2 in den
von vorne gesehen rechten freien Steckplatz auf der
Hauptplatine stecken.
9. Gehäusedeckel schliessen.
