- Seite 5 Schalten Sie den Netzschalter aus, wenn das Gerät nicht in Betrieb ist, bzw. bevor es vom Netz genommen wird. Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem von Heidolph Instruments autorisierten Fach- mann ausgeführt werden. Vorsicht bei der Anwendung in der Nähe von leicht entzündlichen und explosiven Stoffen.
- Seite 6 AUFBAU 1. Haltestange montieren Achten Sie darauf, daß die Senkung in der Haltestange (A) genau unter dem Gewindestift (B) positioniert ist. Schieben Sie die Haltestange in die Bohrung (C) an der Rückseite des Gerätes. Schrauben Sie dann, mit dem mitgelieferten Innensechskantschlüssel (D), den Gewindestift (B) kräftig an.
- Seite 7 BEDIENUNG UND BETRIEB Beschreibung Die HEIDOLPH Rührgeräte RZR 2020, RZR 2021 und RZR 2041 sind einfach zu bedienen und für den qualifizierten Gebrauch im Labor bestimmt. Sie besitzen als Antrieb einen wartungsfrei- en Kondensatormotor mit nachgeschaltetem stufenlos regelbarem Getriebe. Der große Dreh- zahlbereich wird durch ein einfach zu schaltendes 2-stufiges Getriebe verwirklicht.
- Seite 8 Mit dem Drehknopf (D) wird die gewünschte Drehzahl innerhalb des Drehzahlbereiches l oder II gewählt. Die Skala weist Merkzahlen auf (1 -10). Die Zuordnung der Drehzahlen sind beim RZR 2020 extra getrennt nach Stufe l und II auf der Seitenwand des Rührers.
- Seite 9 Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei. Eine eventuell notwendige Reparatur ist unbedingt durch einen von Heidolph Instruments autorisierten Fachmann auszuführen.
