CLEANING AND CARE

Warning!
Before cleaning, always turn off the appliance, remove the plug from the outlet and let the appliance completely cool
down.
Do not let food remnants dry. Clean the appliance and its accessories as soon as possible after use.
Always turn off the appliance and remove the plug before you insert, remove, clean or touch the mixers with your
hands or other objects.
Use plastic or wooden scrapers to remove any dough remnants from the mixing accessories and not metal or other
sharp objects such as knives or forks which could damage the mixing accessories.
The accessories can be cleaned in a sink or dishwasher. Make sure that they are thoroughly dry before you place
them back into the appliance.
The exterior surfaces of the appliance can be cleaning with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Ensure that no liquid
enters the appliance while doing so (e.g. ventilation openings and controls). Rub the surface dry with a soft cloth
afterwards.
Do not use any harsh cleaning products, alcohol, scouring powder, scouring pads, wire brushes or any other hard
objects to clean the appliance which could damage the surface.
Do not use pointed objects or objects with sharp edges in the bowl which could damage the surface.
Never immerse the appliance in water or wash it directly in water.
The electrical cable and plug may only be wiped with a dry cloth.
Warning!
Avoid all contact with the rotating mixing accessories during usage. Be sure to keep hands, hair, items of clothing as well
as dough scrapers and other kitchen utensils far away from the rotating mixer accessories. Danger of injury!
