TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Wipe with a dry or slightly
damp cloth. Avoid contact
with ports/microphone. Never
submerge in water.
Ensure the microphone is
unobstructed, facing your
child, and the device is within
1 meter of the baby.
Reset the device (hold power
button 10 seconds) and ensure
pairing mode is active (blue
LED ashing).
This is normal, the auto-
shutdown timer is working.
Use cry detection mode for
longer monitoring periods.
Check secure attachment to
stroller and adjust vibration
intensity. Ensure device hangs
vertically.
This indicates motor di culty
(safety feature). Check vertical
positioning, battery charge,
and secure attachment.
Light rain only (IPX2 rated).
Do not expose to prolonged or
heavy rain.
