GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND
• The IEC 5021 symbol
identifies the terminals that, when connected together, bring the various
parts of an equipment or system to the same potential.
• The IEC 5041 symbol
indicates that the marked item may be hot and should be used carefully.
• This type of appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications,
such as kitchens in restaurants, canteens, hospitals and commercial
enterprises, such as bakeries, butchers, etc., but is not intended for the
continuous mass production of food.
• ATTENTION! When opening the oven door, beware of hot steam that can
come out.
• In order to avoid burns, do not use trays or containers filled with liquids in
levels higher than those that can be easily observed.
