4.5.10 Side protection (optional H06-528)
4.5.10.1 Fold up
The side guard can be folded up by pulling the handle (1) and turning it. When released, the side guard automatically snaps
back into place every 90°.

4.5.10.2 Fold down
The side guard can be folded down in the same way by turning it downwards.
4.5.11 Handling with rechargeable battery (optional H06-557.001)
The battery module allows the lounger to be operated autonomously (without a direct mains connection). More than 100 cycles
can be run with a fully charged battery. (One cycle = loaded with 100kg from the very bottom to the very top, and back to the
very bottom)
The battery module is permanently connected to the control box and can therefore only be replaced by a technician.
4.5.11.1 Charging the battery
An acoustic signal indicates a low battery level and signals that the battery should be charged. If this signal sounds, the lounger
can still be operated for some time until it comes to a complete standstill.
Charging takes place via the standard mains cable and takes approx. 10 hours until the battery is fully charged.
An orange status LED on the battery module lights up during charging. When the battery is fully charged, this goes out and only
the green status LED on the control box lights up.
Important note!

Check the battery regularly for damage and replace it if it is defective.

Charge the battery no later than 12 months after delivery and at least every 12 months thereafter to prevent damage.
