 The battery can be recharged up to 500 times if treated carefully. However,
over time the battery's performance can deteriorate. If necessary you can
purchase replacement batteries from Westfalia (Art. 83 72 72).

Battery Disposal

1. Run the motor of the multi tool until the battery is completely discharged.
2. For removing the battery, depress the battery release clips and pull out the
battery.
3. Wrap heavy insulating tape around the battery terminals or enclose in a
sealable plastic bag to prevent possible shorting.
4. Dispose of the battery through your local waste removal authority.
