Installation:
Charge the batteries for at least 8 hours before using for the first time
Set the switch on the lower side of the solar unit to the "ON" position
Look for a very brightly lit position, possible with direct sunshine, in order to receive a maximum of
sunlight during daylight hours. At least six hours of light on the solar cells is necessary for the proper
operation of the LED lighting set.
Please do not use any force or extreme pressure when you are pushing the ground spike into the
ground. Please do not use a hammer or similar tool to do this.
Push the solar unit onto the selected type of fastening. Make sure that the sun shines directly onto the
solar unit. Shadows falling onto the solar unit have a negative effect on the charging function of the
rechargeable battery.
Lay the LED lighting set at the desired place.. Make sure that the LED lighting set is sufficiently fastened
and that the illuminant, supply lines or solar unit are not damaged. Make sure when laying the cable that
there are no obstacles to trip over.
The LED lighting set is put into service by operating the "ON" switch on the lower side of the solar unit.
Set the switch on the lower side of the solar unit to the "OFF" position to switch off the LED lighting set.
The rechargeable batteries are charged up independently from the switch position "ON" or "OFF".
The name plate must not be removed.
