1. Click with the right mouse button on the speaker icon on the
task menu on the right side down.
2.
Click "Open Volume Mixer".
3.
Click under "Output Device" on "Realtek Audio USB" to select
the microphone.
4. To change the sampling rate, click "Device settings".
5.
Then click "Additional device settings".
6.
Then click "Extended".
7.
Now you can set the desired sampling rate as desired. Then
click on "OK".
