Intended use
The LED glass tube is used as illuminant in appropriate lamps with G13 socket.
If the LED glass tube is to be used instead of a fluorescent tube, it must only be in-
stalled in a lamp that is equipped with a common replaceable starter. The LED glass
tube cannot be used in connection with an electronic reference ballast!
If in doubt, the fluorescent tube must only be replaced with the LED glass tube by a
qualified expert.
Always observe the safety instructions and all other information included in these op-
erating instructions! Read the operating instructions thoroughly before installation/
startup and use of the product. Keep these operating instructions or pass them on to
a third person only together with the product.
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and
involves risks such as short circuits, fire, electric shock, etc. No part of the product may
be modified or converted!

Safety instructions

The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to ob-
serve these safety instructions! We do not assume any liability for any
resulting damage!
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury
caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety instruc-
tions. In such cases, the warranty will be null and void.
Warning!
If the LED glass tube is to be used instead of a fluorescent tube, it must
only be installed in a lamp that is equipped with a common replaceable
starter.
If in doubt, the fluorescent tube must only be replaced with the LED
glass tube by a qualified expert.
• The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is not per-
mitted for safety and approval reasons (CE). Never dismantle the product.
• The product is not a toy and does not belong in the hands of children. It
should be operated out of the reach of children.
• The product must not get damp or wet as there is danger of a fatal electric
shock.
In outdoor areas, the LED glass tube must only be installed and used in a
lamp that is suitable for outdoor use (at least IP44).
• When installing and operating the product, it must not be embedded in the
insulating material, since this may lead to overheating. Furthermore, there
is a fire hazard! Furthermore, consider the information of the lamp in which
the LED glass tube is installed and operated.
• Pay attention to the information about the minimum distance between the
light beam opening and the illuminated surfaces on the lamp in which the
LED glass tube is installed and used.
• Do not leave packaging material carelessly lying around, since it could be-
come a dangerous plaything for children.
• Handle the product with care; it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or ac-
cidental falls, even from a low height.
• Safe operation can no longer be assumed if:
- the device shows visible signs of damage (e.g. a damaged cover),
- the device no longer works
- the device has been stored under adverse conditions for a long time
- it was exposed to heavy loads during transport
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the Em-
ployer's Liability Insurance Association for Electrical Systems and Operating
Facilities are to be observed.
