Resettings, Modifications and Repairs

The manufacturer is only then responsible for the safety and performance of
the device providing any resettings, modifications and repairs are carried out
by personnel authorised by the manufacturer and that the product has been
operated in accordance with the operating instructions.

Warranty

The normal warranty rights in accordance with BGB apply.

Guarantee

The manufacturer guarantees the SALIMA Bodywave® Sound Recliner/Mat for a
period of twelve months from the date of acquisition by the end customer.
The guarantee is not applicable for wear and tear items such as the connecting
cable, the recliner itself in case of damage which results from incorrect operation
of which the customer was aware and damage resulting from the customer's own
fault.
