RECIPES
Melting cheese
Place some ingredients in the pans (9) and cover it with one or two slices of cheese. Place
the pans in the appliance and set a low temperature for the cheese to melt slowly and
prevent it from burning.
When bubbles build up in the cheese, it is ready for eating.
Grilling meat
Cut meat or sausages into small pieces or slices. Rub a little salt onto the meat.
Thinly grease the grill plate (1) with suitable cooking oil.
Set a high temperature to grill meat.
Place the meat on the grill plate (1).
Turn around the meat with the wooden scrapers (10).
Remove the meat from the grilling surfaces when it has been grilled to your taste.
Set a lower temperature, if you want to melt cheese in the meantime.
Note: grill small or thin meat pieces only. Do not grill ingredients that might burn easily.
