5. Make sure that the grill is closed and let it heat up until the green temperature
light lights up.
6. Open the grill, put the food on the plate and close the appliance.
7. During grilling the temperature light may go on and off. This indicates that the
grill is regulating its temperature.
8. When the food is done, remove it from the grill with a wooden or plastic spatula,
so that you do not damage the non-stick coating.
9. If you want to continue grilling afterwards, then close the grill to retain the heat.
Wait again until the green temperature light lights up to continue grilling at the
right temperature.
Caution: hot steam may escape from the grill, so be careful to avoid burns.
10. Pull the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean the appliance after each use.
• Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.
• Let the appliance cool down for several minutes.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Clean the grill with a damp cloth and maybe some washing-up liquid. In case of
stubborn food residues, pour some oil onto them, wait for 5 minutes and wipe
clean with a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive products.
• Wash the removable tray in warm water with washing-up liquid. Make sure
that the tray has cooled down before cleaning it. Dry the tray thoroughly before
placing it back into the grill.
• To store the appliance, you can place the grill upright on its adjustable support.
