ostrzeżenia i uwagi dotyczące bezpiecznego stosowania produktu.
1. Przed rozpoczęciem korzystania z urządzenia, zapoznaj się z niniejszą instrukcją obsługi oraz zachowaj ją
na przyszłość.
2. Dokonanie samodzielnych napraw i modyfikacji skutkuje utratą gwarancji.
3. Urządzenie może być używane wyłącznie zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem. Jakiekolwiek inne zastosowanie
uznaje się za niebezpieczne.
4. Producent nie odpowiada za uszkodzenia mogące wyniknąć z nieprawidłowego montażu czy eksploatacji
urządzenia.
5. Nie zanurzaj urządzenia w wodzie i innych płynach. Nie dopuść, aby do wnętrza obudowy dostała się woda.
6. Nie obsługuj urządzenia, gdy uszkodzona jest obudowa.
7. Nie zakrywaj urządzenia. Zapewnij swobodny przepływ powietrza.
8. Urządzenie jest przeznaczone do użytku wewnętrznego.
9. Urządzenie przeznaczone tylko do użytku przenośnego bez możliwości montażu na stałe.
10. Detektor nie działa bez sprawnych baterii.
11. Po zainstalowaniu baterii naciśnij przycisk TEST w celu sprawdzenia urządzenia.
12. Regularnie testuj urządzenie 1 raz w miesiącu przyciskiem TEST. Podczas testowania urządzenia sprawdź,
czy dźwięk jest dobrze słyszalny z wszystkich pomieszczeń sypialnych.
13. Nie pokrywaj urządzenia farbą.
14. Możliwe jest zaburzenie działania alarmu pod wpływem długotrwałego narażenia urządzenia na działanie
dymu papierosowego, oparów alkoholu, perfum, benzyny, farb i lakierów oraz innych organicznych wyziewów.
15. Nie używaj ani nie przechowuj urządzenia w miejscu narażonym na wzajemnie znoszące się gazy.
16. Nie pozwalaj dzieciom bawić się urządzeniem.
17. Wymień urządzenie po upływie daty podanej na etykiecie znajdującej się z tyłu urządzenia, określającej
żywotność czujnika.
18. Czujnik tlenku węgla nie nadaje się do stosowania jako czujnik dymu.
19. Czujnik tlenku węgla nie wykrywa obecności gazu ziemnego (metanu), gazu LPG (propan-butan) ani innych
gazów palnych.
20. Nigdy nie używaj otwartego ognia w celu testowania urządzenia.
21. Nigdy nie przykładaj urządzenia do uszu podczas detekcji lub testowania, gdyż może to spowodować
uszkodzenie słuchu.
22. Przechowuj urządzenie w suchym i ciemnym miejscu.
23. W czasie transportu nie rzucać urządzeniem i nie narażać go na uszkodzenia mechaniczne.
24. Urządzenie może nie zapobiec chronicznym efektom ekspozycji na tlenek węgla.
Sygnalizatory obecności czadu ze względu na uwarunkowania techniczne (np. możliwość rozładowania
baterii, awaria urządzenia, itp.) oraz specyfikę pomieszczeń, w których urządzenia te mogą być umieszczane,
nie dają całkowitej pewności wykrycia czadu, a jedynie znacznie podnoszą prawdopodobieństwo
wcześniejszego wykrycia jego niebezpiecznego stężenia. Stąd należy pamiętać, iż urządzenia te należy
testować zgodnie z załączoną instrukcja obsługi oraz dokonywać okresowych przeglądów stanu instalacji
wentylacyjnych i kominowych oraz urządzeń mogących emitować tlenek węgla. Czas życia wewnętrznego
czujnika wynosi ok. 10 lat od daty produkcji urządzenia (decydują uwarunkowania techniczne użytkowania,
ilość wzbudzeń alarmu, temperatura, wilgotność, zapylenie). Wymiany urządzenia bezwzględnie należy
dokonać po pojawieniu się na wyświetlaczu komunikatu „END" sygnalizującej koniec żywotności sensora lub
przed upływem daty przydatności podanej na urządzeniu, w zależności co nastąpi pierwsze.

1. Before using the device, read this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
2. Self-repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
3. The device may only be used as intended. Any other use is considered unsafe.
4. The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of the device.
5. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. Do not let water get inside the case of the device.
6. Do not operate the device if the housing is damaged.
7. Do not cover the device. Ensure free airflow.
8. The device is intended for indoor use.
9. The device is intended for portable use only, without the possibility of permanent installation.
10. Detector does not work without proper batteries in working order.
11. After installing the battery, press the TEST button to test the device.
12. Regularly test the device once a month using the TEST button. When testing the device, check that the
sound is clearly audible from all sleeping rooms.
13. Do not cover the device with paint.
14. The work of the device may be interrupted in prolonged exposure to cigarette smoke, alcohol, perfume,
petrol, paint or varnish and other organic vapors.
15. Do not use or store the device in a place where it is exposed to mutually interacting gases.
16. Do not allow children to play with the device.
17. Replace the device when the date on the label on the back of the device, indicating the life of the sensor,
has passed.
18. Carbon monoxide detector cannot replace a smoke detector.
19. Carbon monoxide detector does not detect the presence of natural gas (methane), LPG (propane-butane)
or other flammable gases.
20. Never use an open flame to test the device.
21. Never put the device to your ears during detection or testing as this may cause hearing damage.
22. Store the device in a dry and dark place.
23. During transport, do not throw the device or subject it to mechanical damage.
24. The device may not prevent the chronic effects of carbon monoxide exposure.
Due to technical conditions (e.g. battery failure, equipment failure, etc.) and the specificity of the rooms in
which CO presence detectors are placed, these devices do not give total certainty of detecting dangerous
CO, but only significantly increase the probability of earlier detection of its dangerous concentration.
Therefore, you should remember that these devices should be tested in accordance with the attached manual
and that you should periodically inspect the condition of ventilation, chimney installations and devices that
may emit carbon monoxide. The life of the internal sensor is approx. 10 years from the date of manufacture of
the device (the technical conditions of usage, the number of alarm activations, temperature, humidity, dust).
It is absolutely necessary to replace the device after the "END" message appears on the display signalling the
end of the sensor's life or before the expiry date stated on the device, depending on what happens first.

WSKAZÓWKI DOTYCZĄCE SPOSOBU UTYLIZACJI
Każde gospodarstwo jest użytkownikiem sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicz-
nego, a co za tym idzie potencjalnym wytwórcą niebezpiecznego dla ludzi
i środowiska odpadu, z tytułu obecności w sprzęcie niebezpiecznych substancji,
mieszanin oraz części składowych. Z drugiej strony zużyty sprzęt to cenny
materiał, z którego możemy odzyskać surowce takie jak miedź, cyna, szkło, żelazo i inne.
Symbol przekreślonego kosza na śmieci umieszczany na sprzęcie, opakowaniu lub
dokumentach do niego dołączonych wskazuje na konieczność selektywnego zbierania
zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego. Wyrobów tak oznaczonych, pod karą
grzywny, nie można wyrzucać do zwykłych śmieci razem z innymi odpadami.
Oznakowanie oznacza jednocześnie, że sprzęt został wprowadzony do obrotu po dniu
13 sierpnia 2005r. Obowiązkiem użytkownika jest przekazanie zużytego sprzętu do
wyznaczonego punktu zbiórki w celu właściwego jego przetworzenia. Zużyty sprzęt może
zostać również oddany do sprzedawcy, w przypadku zakupu nowego wyrobu w ilości nie
większej niż nowy kupowany sprzęt tego samego rodzaju. Informacje o dostępnym
systemie zbierania zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego można znaleźć w punkcie
informacyjnym sklepu oraz w urzędzie miasta/gminy. Odpowiednie postępowanie ze
zużytym sprzętem zapobiega negatywnym konsekwencjom dla środowiska naturalnego
i ludzkiego zdrowia!
Zużyte baterie i/lub akumulatory należy traktować jako odrębny odpad i umieszczać
w indywidualnym pojemniku. Zużyte baterie lub akumulatory powinny zostać
oddane do punktu zbierania/ odbioru zużytych baterii i akumulatorów.
Informacje na temat punktów zbierania/odbioru udzielają władze lokalne lub
sprzedawcy tego rodzaju sprzętu. Zużyty sprzęt może zostać również oddany do
sprzedawcy, w przypadku zakupu nowego wyrobu w ilości nie większej niż nowy
kupowany sprzęt tego samego rodzaju. Produkt wyposażony w przenośną baterię.
Sposób montażu i usuwania baterii zmieszczono w poniższej instrukcji.
INSTRUKCJE BEZPIECZEŃSTWA DOTYCZĄCE BATERII:
Przy instalacji nowej baterii pamiętaj o jej biegunowości +/-. ● Stosuj baterie takiego
samego typu, jakie są rekomendowane do stosowania w tym urządzeniu. ● Nie mieszaj
baterii zużytych z nowymi, baterii o różnym składzie lub innych producentów w celu
zapobiegania potencjalnym nieszczelnościom. ● Nie wyrzucaj zużytej baterii do
śmietnika, lecz do specjalnych pojemników na zużyte baterie. ● Aby uzyskać porady na
temat recyklingu, proszę skontaktować się z lokalnym organem. ● Nie ładuj baterii
nieprzeznaczonej do ładowania (niebędącej akumulatorem). ● Nie zwieraj zacisków
zasilających. ● Nigdy nie podgrzewaj, nie odkształcaj baterii ani nie wystawiaj jej na
bezpośrednie działanie źródeł ciepła, takich jak nadmierne nasłonecznienie, grzejnik,
ogień. ● Niebezpieczeństwo wybuchu! Nie demontuj, nie wrzucaj do ognia ani nie zwieraj
baterii. ● Wyjmij baterię z urządzenia, gdy nie używasz go przez dłuższy czas, aby uniknąć
uszkodzenia ze względu na możliwe wycieki. ● Trzymaj baterie poza zasięgiem dzieci. ●
Wyczerpaną baterię należy bezzwłocznie wyjąć z urządzenia. ● Rozładowana bateria
może wyciekać, powodując uszkodzenia urządzenia. ● W razie kontaktu rąk z kwasem
z baterii, opłucz ręce pod bieżącą wodą. ● W przypadku dostania się do oczu, skontaktuj
się z lekarzem. Kwas zawarty w baterii może powodować podrażnienie lub oparzenie. ●
Połknięcie baterii może być śmiertelne! Trzymaj baterie z dala od dzieci i zwierząt.
DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
Each household is a user of electrical and electronic equipment, and hence
a potential producer of hazardous waste for humans and the environment,
due to the presence of hazardous substances, mixtures and components in the
equipment. On the other hand, used equipment is valuable material from which
we can recover raw materials such as copper, tin, glass, iron and others. The WEEE sign
placed on the equipment, packaging or documents attached to it indicates the need for
selective collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Products so marked,
under penalty of fine, cannot be thrown into ordinary garbage along with other waste.
The marking means at the same time that the equipment was placed on the market after
August 13, 2005. It is the responsibility of the user to hand the used equipment to
a designated collection point for proper processing. Used equipment can also be handed
over to the seller, if one buys a new product in an amount not greater than the new
purchased equipment of the same type. Information on the available collection system
of waste electrical equipment can be found in the information desk of the store and in
the municipal office or district office. Proper handling of used equipment prevents negative
consequences for the environment and human health!
Used batteries and/or accumulators should be treated as separate waste and
placed in an individual container. Used batteries or accumulators should be
taken to a collection/ receipt point for used batteries and accumulators.
For information on collection/ collection points, contact your local authority or your local
dealer. Used equipment may also be returned to the seller in case of purchase of a new
product in a quantity not greater than the new purchased equipment of the same type.
The product is equipped with a portable battery. Please refer to the following manual for
instructions on how to install and remove batteries.
BATTERY PRECAUTIONS:
Check the correct polarity +/- when installing the batteries. ● Use the battery type
recommended for this product. ● Do not install new batteries with the used ones,
batteries which vary in chemical composition or batteries which vary in manufacturer or
brand, to prevent battery acid leaks. ● Do not dispose of used batteries with household
waste; use special battery collection containers. ● Consult your local authorities to learn
more about recycling options. ● Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries. ● Do not
short-circuit the battery terminals. ● Never deform the batteries or expose them to direct
heat sources (direct sunlight, radiators, fire). ● Explosion hazard! Do not disassemble,
short-circuit or discard the batteries in fire. ● Remove the battery from the product before
prolonged storage to prevent potential damage from battery acid leaks. ● Keep
batteries out of the reach of children. ● Immediately remove the battery from the product
when spent. ● Discharged batteries may leak and damage the product. ● If you touch
battery acid with your hands, rinse them under running water. ● In case of eye contact
with battery acid, seek medical attention. The battery acid may cause irritation or
chemical burns. ● Swallowing a battery can be fatal! Keep the batteries away from
children and pets. If you swallow a battery, immediately seek medical attention.
