You can record a radio programme of your choice and listen to it at
a later date.
Insert a blank cassette
Set the FUNCTION selectorto the RADIOposition.

Selectthe radiostation thatyouwishto record(seepage4).
To start recording,pressthe RECORD(• ) button.
Result: Recordingstartsimmediately.
To stoprecordingtemporarily,pressthe PAUSE( 11) b utton.

You can record a compact disc on a cassette.
1 Inserta blankcassetteinthe cassettedeck.
Set the FUNCTION selectorto the CDposition.
Loadthe compactdisc (see page3).
Pressthe RECORD
Result: The first track on the disc is played and the player starts
recording automatically (synchronised recording).
If you wishto recorda specifictrack,selectit beforepressing the
RECORD(• ) button.Recordingis then synchronised with the start
of the track.
If you wishto stop recording temporarily,pressthe PAUSE( n) button.
