XE510 DEHUMIDIFIER
Installation and Replacement of Air Cleaner (once every 4 months)
After taking out the water container, remove the filter from the dehumidifier.
Use scissors to open the pack and take out the new air cleaner.
Set the air cleaner on the air filter, and use the filter clips to fix it in place.
Replace the filter in the dehumidifier and slide the water container back into place.
ABOUT THE AIR CLEANER
• The filter element of the air cleaner is a textile screen treated by a special
electrostatic process to absorb dust, pollen and very small particles of dirt
(diameter as little as 0.01 l/m) suspended in the air efficiently.
• The air cleaner should be replaced every 4 months. Replace immediately if it
turns dark brown.
• The air cleaner is sealed in a polythene pack before leaving the factory to ensure
top efficiency.
When the dehumidifier is not going to be used for a long time:
1. Switch off the dehumidifier and unplug from the mains
2. Clean the body, water container and filter
3. Store the dehumidifier away from direct sunlight
