Einstellbare hantel
Please read the following instructions carefully and follow the steps
when set up the dumbbells for the first time. If there is any question

1.Take out the dumbbell
base and put it on a flat
floor.

3. Install the middle plates with
numbers, following the number
6,5,4,3,2,1, and install them one by
one onto last plate. Attention:
The order of the weight
plates must not be changed.

2.Put the two last dumb-
bell pieces into the slot of
the base respectively.

4.Put in the dumbbell handle and
complete the assembly.
