the volume, with Volume + increasing and Volume - decreasing the volume. The mute button
mutes the sound. The FAT button, in standby mode, opens the human body mass index (FAT) de-
tection window displaying "FAT". The "Settings" button selects parameters (F1 - gender, F2 - age,
F3 - height, F4 - body weight), with "Speed +" and "Speed -" setting the gender and the mode
button setting the next parameters. Holding the hand pulse after completing the settings enters
the physical detection. The body mass index (FAT) measures the relationship between height
and weight but does not refer to body fat percentage. Ideal FAT should be between 20-25; less
than 19 means underweight, 25-29 is overweight, and more than 30 is considered obesity. The
parameter ranges are: gender (01 male, 02 female), age (10-99), height (100-200 cm), weight
(20-150 kg), and FAT % (≤ 19 underweight, 20-25 normal weight, 25-29 overweight, ≥ 30 obesity).
Display Functions
The speed display shows the current running speed. The time display shows the time in manual
mode and the countdown time in automatic modes and programs. The distance display shows
cumulative distance in manual mode and programs, and the countdown distance in automatic
mode. The calorie display shows cumulative calories in manual mode and programs, and the
countdown of calories in automatic mode. The heart rate display illuminates the heart rate indi-
cator light and shows the heart rate value when detected. The heart rate detection function dis-
plays the heart rate value on the screen when the hand pulse is held (these data are for reference
only and cannot be considered medical data).
Automatic Program:
Each program is divided into 10 segments, and the duration of each segment of the program is
evenly distributed. Below is a form of time distribution for 12 programs.
