USER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Properly plug it into the outlet and turn on
the switch (red in color). When the light is
on, you will hear a beep sound, and then the
screen will light up.
2. Keep the safety key out of reach of children
when the treadmill is not in use. Store the silicone oil bottle in places inaccessible to children. If
it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with water and consult a doctor immediately.
3. The treadmill can only start if the safety key is placed on the yellow section of the console.
Clip the safety key to your clothing when using the treadmill to prevent accidents. Replace
the safety key when you continue using the treadmill.
4. Folding Instructions: Fold the treadmill to save space when it is not in use. Zet de schakelaar

Safety Key Function

is held in place. To unfold the treadmill, disconnect the safety key to stop the machine and dis-
play information on the screen. Replacing the safety key restores the screen to the home page.
Button Functions
The start button, when the power is on, starts the treadmill. The stop button, when the treadmill is
in use, stops the treadmill and clears all data, returning the screen to manual mode. The program
button, in standby mode, cycles through automatic program options (P1 - P12) and manual mode,
which is the system's default mode. The mode button, in standby mode, cycles through 3 count-
down modes: time, distance, and calories. The speed + / - buttons, when the treadmill is operat-
ing, adjust the machine's speed, with Speed + increasing and Speed - decreasing the speed. The
direct speed buttons, when the treadmill is running, set the speed directly to 1/3/5/7/9/11 km/h.
The play/pause button, when playing music, pauses or plays the music. The previous button plays
the previous music file, while the next button plays the next music file. The volume buttons adjust
