3. TERMS WARRANTY

Tibelec guarantees the quality and reliability of this product's components: this item is
legally required to be accompanied by a 2-year warranty for flaws and latent defects in
accordance with articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code. Our technical support service is
available for advice and assistance; please contact us at qualite@tibelec.fr.
Tibelec cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance,
misuse of the product, normal wear and tear, damage from falls, or opening of the fix-
ture. Tibelec cannot accept returns for replacement of the consumable items (bulbs,
transformers, glass, etc.) that are required for the use of this product. The replacement of
consumable items is your responsibility.
