General product information
The retractable ice spike is an additional tool for walking crutches or walking sticks of aluminum and wood. It serves
as a safe skid on snow and icy roads.
1. Assembly
1. Loosen the screw at the clamp (No.2).
2. With the included adapter you can assemble the correct diameter (15 – 23 mm)
for your walking aid (No.1).
3. Mount now the retractable ice spike at your walking aid and tighten the screws
again firmly (No.2).
4. When you want to use the retractable ice spike, press the bracket-mechanism
until the metal pins are extended.
5. If the retractable ice spike is no longer needed, proceed in reverse order.

Wipe with a damp cloth and possibly with a mild household cleaner and let dry.
4. Disposal
Please inquire with your specialized dealer about the regional waste disposal.
5. Warranty and Liability
You have purchased a high-quality Ossenberg product. If you have a justified complaint, despite highest quality
standards in our manufacturing, we are entitled, at our discretion – within a 12-month warranty period - to repair
the defective product or to replace it with a non-deficient one.
Please note that for our products, especially custom products, stricter legal regulations do apply. We cannot assume
liability for damages resulting from modifications made to our products.
Not covered by the warranty are damages resulting from ordinary wear and tear or inappropriate use. Wearing parts
are excluded from warranty.
