Fault table

Fault
The satellite does not foam or
(only for Blocksat RFD) disinfect
The satellite foams or (only for
Blocksat RFD) disinfects poorly
Cause
Is the handle in the correct position?
Is there sufficient agent in the jerry can?
Is the suction hose immersed far enough into
the liquid?
Is compressed air present when foaming?
Is the correct lance and nozzle mounted?
Is the water supply pressure constant and
sufficiently high?
Are the correct nozzle, lance & gun being used?
Is the air pressure sufficient?
The injector draws insufficient agent during
foaming/disinfection.
Are water and/or compressed air coming out of
the overflow valve?
Action
Foaming: white mark.
Rinsing: bleu mark.
Disinfection: red mark. (only for Blocksat RFD)
Check jerry can
Check suction hose position
Checked compressed air supply
Foaming: white lance.
Rinsing: bleu lance.
Disinfection: red lance. (only for Blocksat RFD)
Check the water supply
Check set-up
Adjust reducer setting, if necessary. Only during
foaming.
Check the suction lance, restriction and injector for
contamination.
Replace/repair non-return valve in satellite.
