Chasing Laser Scaler was exclusively customized and designed for Gladius series ROVs.
It can be used to provide benchmarking parameters for the measurement of underwater
objects in aquaculture, dam inspection, ship maintenance, and other applications.

Installation and connection

Excludes docking station
Ensure that the ROV is off, then use
four M3*8 screws to secure the laser
scaler to the screw hole of the
support rod under the control cabin.

peripheral interface and tighten the

3. Once the ROV is turned on and starts operating: short-press the grabber claw control
key of the remote control to turn the laser on and off.

Ensure that the ROV is off, then use

four M3*8 screws to secure the laser
scaler to the screw hole of the
support rod above the control cabin.
3. Connect the laser scaler cable to any socket marked (1/2/3) on the docking station
and tighten the nuts. Connect the built-in plug of the docking station into the tether
cable socket and tighten the nuts. Connect the tether cable to the socket marked
(ROV) on the docking station and tighten the nuts.

2. Remove the 4 mounting supports
from the docking station, then use
four M3*8 screws to secure them to
the screw holes of the upper support
rod near the front and rear of the
tether cable socket.
