To protect the battery, it should be charged in good time. Please only use
the charging base supplied with the light. If the Slim Design table lamp
is not used for a long time, it should be recharged every two months, for
approx. 8 hours each time, as otherwise the service life of the battery may
be shortened.
Cleaning and care
Only clean the Slim Design table lamp and the charging base with a soft
cloth or feather duster.
Do not use water, abrasive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals. Do not use
any metallic cleaning objects.
General safety instructions for rechargeable batteries
• Batteries may only be charged by children under adult supervision.
Please keep away from children at all times.
• The electrolytes and electrolyte vapors contained in a rechargeable
battery are harmful to health. Avoid direct contact at all times. If electro-
lytes come into contact with skin, eyes or other parts of the body, rinse
immediately with plenty of fresh water. Then consult a doctor.
• Stop use or the charging process immediately if the battery swells,
leaks, has a high temperature or emits smoke and strong odors.
• If you do not use the device for a longer period of time, charge it in
between. Connected batteries can become deeply discharged and
must then no longer be used or recharged.
• Do not immerse batteries in water.
• Do not short-circuit the battery (connect + and - polarity).
• Used batteries must be removed directly from the device.
• Do not disassemble or open batteries as this can lead to burns from
the electrolytes. by the electrolytes.
• Do not expose rechargeable batteries to excessive heat, e.g. direct
sunlight sun, fire or similar. Do not place them on on a heater.
• Do not dispose of rechargeable batteries by destroying or burning
them and in household waste. Dispose of them in accordance with the
locally applicable regulations.
• Please note that the end user is legally obliged to return used batteries
by the end user and the free return option for used batteries of used
batteries at dealers.
Guarantee/warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. This includes a
6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. We grant a 6-month guaran-
tee on the battery.
The geographical scope of the warranty cover is Europe-wide. The proof
of purchase serves as proof. The product has been thoroughly checked for
quality and functionality before dispatch. The guarantee is excluded in the
