Note to parents
Please keep in mind that children's tempera-
ment and natural desire to play can result in
unforeseeable situations and hazards that rule
out any liability by the manufacturer.
You must therefore instruct children or users in
the proper operation of the BMW Baby Racer.
Call attention to potential hazards and keep
children under constant supervision.
Attention! An adult must assemble the BMW
Baby Racer or attach the associated acces-
sories.
BMW AG and JANTEC GmbH assume no
liability for any and all accidents caused by the
user's own culpa-ble actions or by a user's
violation of the following warnings.
The BMW Baby Racer is intended for
safe and secure environments, such
as indoors, in a private yard, on flat
ground, and outside of reach of any and
all hazards, such as automobiles, stairs,
water, etc.
The BMW Baby Racer is not certified
for road traffic. Use on public roads,
paths, and in public spaces is therefore
prohibited.
Operating the BMW Baby Racer near
stairs, slopes, and steep terrain is
prohibited.
Nearby stairs must be secured such
that children are under no circumstan-
ces placed at risk.
Do not operate the BMW Baby Racer
on icy or slippery surfaces.
Do not operate the BMW Baby Racer
in water.
