The Limited Warranty Does Not
1. Defects or damage caused by accidents, neglect,
misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, or exposure
to liquids, moisture, sand, dirt, or extreme physical,
electrical, or electromechanical stress.
2. Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage, unless
directly caused by OnePlus.
3. Damage resulting from excessive force or the use of
metallic objects on the touchscreen.
4. Devices with serial numbers or IMEI numbers that have
been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made
illegible.
5. Normal wear and tear.
6. Damage or defects caused by using the product
with accessories, products, or peripheral devices not
supplied or approved by OnePlus.
7. Damage or physical defects resulting from improper
testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing,
or adjustments not authorized by OnePlus.
8. Damage caused by external factors such as impact,
fire, flooding, dirt, wind, lightning, earthquakes,
exposure to weather conditions, theft, power surges,
or improper use of electrical sources.
9. Defects or damage caused by cellular signal reception
or transmission issues, viruses, or third-party software.
10. Free warranty replacements and repairs are only
