This warranty is not applicable to defects which are not due to material
or processing faults. The following is excluded by the warranty:

Operating error
•
Damage resulting from an accident
•
Negligent treatment
•
Modifications
•
Unsuitable installation or packing
•
Damages due to lightning, water or fire
•
other causes which can not be checked by ZEHNDER
For work done by workshops or specialized dealers not authorized by
us, ZEHNDER will not bear the costs and do not assume the risk for
possibly occurred damages.
Regular tests, adjustments and changes are not included in the
warranty.
ZEHNDER reserves the right to modify the design as well as to make
improvements without the obligation to modified products already
produced.
