HOW TO USE
1. Insert the adapter jack into the socket located on the back of the massage chair.
Then, plug the adapter into a wall outlet. (Refer to Figure A).

2. Press the POWER button once to turn the unit ON. The LED indicator will light up to show that the
power is on.
3. Choose your desired massage mode by pressing the MODE button. Press the MODE button repeat-
edly until the LED for your desired mode illuminates:
- PULSE: for a deep tapping massage
- PRESS: provides a rapid tapping massage
- WAVE: for a gradual, side-to-side vibrating massage
4. Adjust the massage intensity by pressing the INTENSITY button. The LED indicator for HIGH or
LOW intensity will illuminate depending on your selection.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop using the massage chair immediately.
- The massage chair is equipped with an auto shut-off feature for your safety and comfort.
- Do not use the chair for more than 60 minutes continuously to prevent any potential issues.
