BEFORE FIRST USE

• Remove all packaging materials and check the device and accessories for damage.
• Clean the device as described in the Cleaning and Maintenance section. Heed all Safety
Information while doing so.
USE
Please Note: The mixer is not suitable for chopping food with hard shell or for crushing ice cubes.
Precook hard foodstuffs or soak them for an extended period. Cut solid ingredients into smaller
pieces (approx. 2cm) before processing.
Only use crushed ice. Make sure to add enough liquid to the mixture.
Mixing bottle (7)
• Fill the mixing bottle (7) with the ingredients to be mixed. Observe the MAX level indicator and
do not overfill the bottle.
• Screw the blade unit (3) onto the mixing bottle and make sure latter one is securely closed.
• Make sure the rotary switch (5) is at 0 position.
• Connect the power plug to a suitable power outlet.
• Turn the mixing bottle upside down and place it together with the blade unit onto the engine
unit (4). When doing so, observe the recesses in the engine unit.
• Apply slight pressure from the top and turn the mixing bottle clockwise until it locks into place.
• Make sure the mixing bottle and the engine unit are securely connected with each other.
