    Inbetriebnahme Je nach verwendetem Schaltgerät sind Einstellungen in unterschiedlichen Menüs durchzuführen. Dazu die dem Schaltgerät beiliegende Gebrauchsanleitung beachten. Die Nenngröße des Fettabscheiders im entsprechenden Menü auswählen. Die korrekte Einstellung wirkt sich auf die Programmlaufzeiten während der Entleerung aus. Tägliche Ruhezeit des Küchenbetriebs ermitteln. Messungen der Schichtdicke sind nur zuverlässig möglich, wenn kein Wasser-Zufluss zum Fettabscheider stattfin- det.
